The Chromebook interior like the keyboard and screen and camera were all in perfect shape! Even for a fair device, it still works pretty well as I would expect it to be for a refurbished device! I would rate this a solid 10/10 to be honest, everything met my expectations and it was just a perfect Chromebook for my needs! I truly enjoyed it.

My wife and I had our doubts about buying a laptop for so cheap from an online seller but we could not be happier with the product. The laptop arrived in perfect condition and if I did not know that it was refurbished I would have thought it was fresh off the shelf. Every part of it runs perfectly and I am thrilled that I decided to give this service and seller a chance. I will absolutely be coming back in the future for all of my electronic needs.

I would like to start by saying that I’m a very busy student, and have little spare time to fix and worry about things like this when I don’t have to. The software is diabolically out of date, even though it is technically windows 11, there are many, many drivers that are either missing, or freakishly out of date. Not to mention the amount of windows updates I need to do before I get uninterrupted work sessions. This is not a HUGE deal, just tedious. But my second and final issue is unacceptable. The screws are missing on the battery. The same screws that hold the battery in place to prevent it from disconnecting from the motherboard. I first noticed this problem when my laptop seems to randomly shut down when I was working. I first thought it was an accident and I probably pressed the power button by mistake. Then, the issue persists and eventually, after some wonky shaking and pressing buttons, the laptop magically turned on again! I didn’t think much of it and continued with my day. The issue becomes more common and more disruptive as time goes by. Eventually, I ran a diagnosis on the battery and found out that the battery itself is not the problem. I updated all the drivers...

It’s a good product I just feel that well you know it’s refurbished but all in all good product. Good shipping times. And just really happy. When I mean you know it’s refurbished. Idk if it’s for every laptop but the fans you can hear them a lot. Also the ports are scratched but that’s it. For fair condition that’s good!!!

Overall it works and does what I need it to do. No scratches or scruffs, so aesthetically it looks good. The only complaint I have is that it's pretty slow. It can get frustrating, but for the price and the fact it's refurbished, well it's really not that big of a deal for me. If you're looking for a budget laptop and absolutely NEED it, I recommend this one!

The item exceeded the “excellent”condition description. So far it runs beautifully and has exceeded expectations. The item also arrived a day earlier than expected. The item was packaged neatly and securely. It felt like I opened and turned on a brand new laptop. I would recommend this seller/refurbisher and will definitely buy from them again in the future.

WOW! It looks and feels NEW. Types like a new laptop, even the stickers look new! I LOVE it!!! Package wasn't the original but it was absolutely padded better than my old Lenovo laptop when that shipped years ago. I'm THRILLED. The supplier was 2ndbazaar. I looked at similar laptops in 'good' condition for $50 less, but I splurged on the 'excellent' condition laptop and I'm SO GLAD that I did. I almost can't believe that this is a refurbished? Did it sit on a shelf for 2 years? Power supply works perfectly (Lenovo power supply are sometimes the first point of failure on their products). It was ready to start EXACTLY like a new laptop setting my preferences, letting me name it and set my PIN exactly like a new laptop when I turned it on. Are all your refurbished laptops set to do this when they first start? I rarely gush with praise. I'm normally very critical (I have a law degree) but I couldn't be happier. Arrived in just a few days. No personal info from prior owner. This feels like a new laptop at 65% off. I recommend 2ndBazaar as a supplier to trust on Back Market to buy a refurbished laptop.
