The PC is running smoothly till now. the only issue is that in the specifications it was stated that the processor speed was 3.3 GHz but I device I received is only 2.0 GHz. Beside that, the PC came well-packaged and looks good.

Omg. Laptop arrived very well packaged, fast delivery and it looked brand new, performance was flawless and easy to set up. I'm a huge skeptic and this is 2nd purchase this month from Backmarmet , Z Fold was earlier this month and it works great 👍. I won't be going back to big box stores nor online stores. Thats right - forget PC Richards etc. Backmarket has replaced them all and has my endorsement !!!!!

Laptop is in really great condition and has been working well. My only complaint is the touchpad is extra sensitive which causes the cursor to jump around the screen a lot but that’s a minor detail for the price I paid! Happy with my purchase

I purchased two refurbished chromebooks for my classroom (got tired of the kids excuses about why they couldn’t complete their work at home) and was able to get the IT guy to set it up so that we could use them on the school wifi. It’s been working out great so far. Only thing is connecting to the wifi has been an issue lately, but I do think the cause of it are the devices. Going to bring the IT guy back in to reset or fix that issue and the computers will once again be good as new!

Bought this laptop for school and getting it refurbished is so much more affordable for me as a student than buying it brand new! It was packaged with a lot of protective bubble wrap so it didn't get banged up during shipping and it has been running perfectly for me. I got it in Good condition, so the top surface has a few nicks and scratches, but true to their word the screen is perfect! I plan on getting a screen protector and case for it and I think it'll last me for a long time definitely worth it

Computers are great for price give them 4 stars because of the lack of care they had when dealing with laptop as there was fingerprint and grease stains around as if someone was on their lunch break while doing some work on the laptops. Frame of keyboard also feels a little off from the side when passing fingers over edge. Screen also feels a little more sturdy to open than the 2nd one I had to compare it to, def can tell it wasn’t the same employee making the repairs.

The condition of the body was great, delivery was fast and well packaged! However it had no battery and could only be powered on by ac adapter. Any chance Back Market can provide a compatible battery?

So far so good just got it today! It came looking brand new i absolutely love it. Reminds me of my surface 3 which i broke and wanted the same thing but without full priced. Just using for day to day and school. Thank you back market!
