Been very happy with this first purchase on back market. Arrived about 3 days earlier than the estimated delivery which was a nice surprise. Been using this refurbished phone (excellent condition) that released back in 2020 for about 2 weeks now and wow it's been in working fantastically. The battery works like it's new. All the buttons work as does the fingerprint scanner, no issues with the cameras. I have yet to find any issues and the 120hz motion smoothness is worth the sacrifice in resolution to keep it more in line with most current flagship phones. My only complaint is that there are minor superficial scratches on the screen from obvious prior use but are only noticeable when screen is off and actively looked for.

My refurbished Samsung S20 work well. Thank you for helping me to save money by mot buying a new phone. Go Earth!

the phone itself came in great condition and everything seems to work fine except for one thing. I'm not sure if it's anything to do with the age of the phone and the fact that it's refurbished or if it's just a problem with the model, but the antenna seems to be worse than my old Galaxy S10+. Places I used to have fine signal barely give me anything at all and I'm lucky if I can receive texts anywhere. Otherwise a great phone delivered on time. I always recommend Back Market

This is my 3rd phone from grandcity telecom and I just want to thank them for having such prestige condition phones. Literally not one cuff or scratch on this phone. I highly recommend them if you get them as a refurbisher before purchasing.

I ordered 2 from the same company. one had a sticky button but I just freed it up with a tiny bit of rubbing alcohol. thought that should have been taken care of during "refurbishing" but didn't think it was worth the time to exchange it.

I feel like i found a lifehack to finding quality electronics at a fair market price. The peace of mind knowing the device was refurbished by qualified provider and met BM quality standards provides peace of mind in purchasing any device. My new ( refurbished) phone came in today. Right out of the box there was a LOT of updates. but that is to be expected and not an issue. I took the time to update everything. phone arrived 90 percent charged which was wonderful and came with a charge cord as well. After all was said and done with set up, I shut the phone down and placed my SIM card ( Cricket) in and turned the phone back on. they up was perfect and quick. phone truly is unlocked. as for how the phone look, perfect condition. looks like it was never even used. I am considering purchasing 3 more in the future for my daughter's, but I want to see how the phone preforms over time first. So far so good.

I love this phone i think the color is awesome to but it almost hid the crack on the back from me, it was hard to see. I would definitely recommend Back Market to anyone wanting quality phones at a cheaper price.

Small error in the initial order however they worked Fast, allowing me to get my phone only a few days late.As opposed to months period as for the phone itself it arrived exactly as described period I was totally aware that the phone I was getting would not get security updates after this year, But after a lot of research I discovered this phone would carry me until I had enough to upgrade to the next level. The phone works fantastic. I changed over from an iphone mini to the s twenty ultra. I have To say it has a much better camera than my iPhone. And I've been really happy so far with the customization abilit and ease of use. I highly recommend back market for your tech needs. The cost and the quality are just too good to pass up. I've never had a bad product and this is my fifth product ive bought from them.
