First of all, shipping was real fast! Arrived in a box (the box wasn’t super clean but I really didn’t mind), a cover and a charging cord. The headphones are perfect, no scratch whatsoever, I can’t even tell they’re refurbished. No connectivity issues. So so worth it!

I really like them. They are comfortable, the sound is high quality (I’m no expert though), and they’re in top condition. I wouldn’t have paid full price for these straight from Apple, so I love that I got them refurbished. I’ve also bought many other products from BackMarket- 2 Switches, 2 iPads, an Apple Watch, and an iPhone. I’ve always had great experiences.

I ordered these air pods pros in excellent condition from Amazing Wireless LLC. They came in good packaging with extra ear tips and a braided usb-c cable. They didn't seem to have any scratches or problems and connected to my iPhone perfectly, seemed like a completely new pair of air pods pros. They were a little pricey compared to other refurbished AirPods pros being around $170 and extra with taxes and shipping, but you get what you pay for, they are a good device if you want to pay the money for an earphone with what it has. If the extra $50 is not an issue to you compared to the AirPods pros 1st gen, then get these.

It was what I expected for the price of $100 (compared to the other $150 ones), a lot of scratches on the case and the hinge connecting the lid to the case was a little loose. But at least it was an authentic Apple AirPods Pro 2. Good battery. Overall it was worth the price.

I was bit skeptic with the purchase despite this being my third purchase from back market, I have bought all my devices from my Mac book, iPhone and now the AirPods Pro 2 from here. I bought them in fair condition and let me tell you this pods are really worth it, the sound is great, was able to connect them to my iCloud with ease. Give all your money to this seller. Despite a few scuffs on the charging case nothing else was too major.

Only hang up was the original box I came in. It was a little dirty but that’s to be expected. The charger was also not an official apple charger. Outside of that the AirPods work nicely paired to my phone immediately, bass sounds good which is the most common Hangup I’ve found with refurbished headphones/earbuds, and the AirPods and case themselves were very clean and had all The pieces.

I purchased “Excellent”. Arrived earlier than expected. Came fully packaged in apple box with no scratches or sign of being used or refurbished. The sound quality is great. I was worried it would be too big and fall out my ears but they fit perfectly in my ears and remain comfortable even during extended use. battery life is pretty outstanding. Overall this purchase was a win win and it is worth your money.

Pretty good. I used em mainly while doing class work. Get me through the school day, though, battery life goes down by the end of the day. But that’s expected when buying refurbished audio devices.

When I first received the AirPods, they worked as intended. However, after setting them up, I encountered two errors in the Find My app that prevented me from tracking them. The earbuds were still linked to another Apple account, which caused the issue. Despite this, customer service was excellent in assisting me with troubleshooting the problem. Unfortunately, we were unable to resolve it. Ultimately, I was provided with a return label for the product.
