The product as a whole is perfect! For context, I decided to get new earbuds after my 2nd gen Airpods broke. What was holding me back from upgrading however was the price most websites charge for AirPods. Then the stars align in my favor and I find an ad about the Back Market, a website that sells your favorite high brand items while helping the planet (as their products are refurbished). I got these AirPods for $118 which is WAY CHEAPER than brand new yet works exactly the same as if you were to buy them brand new! It's amazing and based on sound quality alone you wouldn't notice a difference between these and the new stuff. My only complain is that there's a few scratches on the inside of the case but it's pretty unnoticeable. Seriously, these are worth the cost. And the fact that you’re also saving the planet is a bonus! (Also, I’ve had them forever about 1-2 months.)

This was my first time buying on back market & I was really skeptical but I was wrong!! I’ve been using these AirPods for about a week now and I haven’t had any issues whatsoever. They are the real deal and were really cheap!! I love these AirPods!! Y’all should buy it!

These AirPods work as if they’re brand new. I like how this generation plays a sound when you misplace them. The only flaw with this is that inside the case, there appears to have been a scratch or something and they used white out to cover it. I have no issues with it as i paid for what i got but just wanted to let others know that if you do decide to purchase, then there might be a physical flaw. Other than that these AirPods are great.

I really like them. They are comfortable, the sound is high quality (I’m no expert though), and they’re in top condition. I wouldn’t have paid full price for these straight from Apple, so I love that I got them refurbished. I’ve also bought many other products from BackMarket- 2 Switches, 2 iPads, an Apple Watch, and an iPhone. I’ve always had great experiences.

airpods are working in great function, the quality is damn near amazing. only issue Im having is that Im having trouble with the airpods in the find my app. Im unable to locate or play a sound in case I ever lose these airpods. other than that, everything is fine and working as it should be.

I bought Apple air pod 2nd gen (2022) -lighting but I got the usb-c version of it (btw that’s the better version) get finessed . Besides for getting a better product than what I ordered it came in good condition like maybe one scratch it did come in a box that was a bit loose, but it was a box in a box so it’s OK. So the airpods themselves where perfect nothing wrong with them but the back of the case did have 3 somewhat deep cuts but it doesn’t affect the airpods so it doesn’t bother me so i liked the airpods.

i’ve only had them for a day so i can’t say myself but they work so well and i’m so happy with them. there’s nothing wrong with the airpods at all there are literally no con only that the case is a little scratched but you can always buy a protective case so it doesn’t get worse best purchase ever.

I LOVEE THEM THEY CAME IN REALLY NICE AND CLEAN, at first I thought they where gonna come in dirty or broken but I thought wrong THEY CAME IN PACKED NICE AND SAFE AND REALLY CLEANN and I haven’t had any problems yet :)
