The MacBook Pro I purchased is in excellent condition, despite being graded as "fair." I cannot see any flaws at all. I've had it for a week now and have been working with it daily, and it's working beautifully. I am very happy with my purchase. I would absolutely recommend buying a refurbished product from iPower Resale and Backmarket. This purchase came after 2 failed attempts with other purchases. I first purchased a refurbished MacBook Pro from Loop Mobile through Backmarket. It appeared to be working well at first, but after a few hours of use, it started incessantly beeping every 7 seconds. This would happen every day. I was going nuts trying to troubleshoot it and went back and forth with Backmarket support. After running apple diagnostics, I discovered it had a faulty battery. The customer support was excellent and the return was seamless. I assumed that the first bad Mac Book was just really bad luck because I had previously purchased an iPhone and iPad through Backmarket and they were excellent (and have been excellent for years). I immediately purchased another Mac Book Pro, also from Loop Mobile through Backmarket. This one also appeared to be working well ...

I ordered in excellent condition. The product came perfect. Arrived in an apple certified refurbished box. It also came with a third-party keyboard and mouse, I ended up using my mouse and keyboard from my older iMac. But the third-party once provided work fine. I went through all of the settings, everything is exactly as it's supposed to be. Not a single scratch. Very satisfied with this purchase. Also I order on the 7th and it arrived on the 10th. It was originally estimated to arrive on the 14th but it shipped out the same day I ordered it. Very fast delivery.

The refurbished Apple MacBook Air M2 15-inch feels like brand new! It’s incredibly fast, lightweight, and the larger screen size is perfect for productivity. The Retina display is stunning, and there’s no sign it’s been used before. Everything works flawlessly, and the battery life is excellent. It’s a fantastic way to get premium quality at a more affordable price!

I have received my MacBook Pro in a fair state, with a battery level of around 90% and 204 cycles. Initially, I was unable to use Apple Pay due to modified computer security. When attempting to update the system to the latest 2024 sequoia update, the interface displayed in Russian lettering. To resolve this, I installed a fresh iOS program and was then able to update the system. Although the battery is in good condition, there are some minor scratches and dings on the device. Despite this, I am generally satisfied with the product. a while back though I did order a 2013 MacBook from Back Market refurbished products are worth the money and then on top of that if you feel like you need to add a extended warranty, it never hurts

This laptop arrived in fantastic condition AND with an older operating system (OS 13). I really appreciate the option to upgrade. Honestly I don’t think I will buy new Apple products anymore. BackMarket deals are too good and all the refurbished stuff I’ve bought (MacBook Pro & iPhone 14 Pro) is in near-new condition. 10/10 would recommend.

WOW!!! I absolutely LOVE this pink iMac. I was a little nervous buying a refurbished iMac, but couldn't be more happy with my decision. It arrived at me home 1 day earlier than expected, I was stoked!!! It was packed up perfectly in a big Apple box. Oh boy, when I opened it, the heavens were signing down upon me. I ordered an "excellent condition", which looks brand spankin' new, not a scratch. I received a pink Apple mouse & keyboard, AHHH! I haven't stopped smiling since I got it. For anyone else that was super worried to purchase from back market because of bad reviews or uncertainty of buying refurbished, here is my honest review as someone who was on a budget and looking for a MacBook for college. I too was super nervous about spending so much money on a MacBook Air without actually seeing it, but saw a ton of good reviews with this vendor and decided to trust it. I ended up buying a 2020 MacBook Air M1, 16GB Ram, with 256GB of storage in the color space grey in good condition. To my shock, the MacBook came in five days, even faster than it was expecting to come. When I opened the MacBook, it was wrapped in a heavy duty box with a thick bubble wrap to make sure it was super safe. When I opened the MacBook it looked AMAZING. There were a few small scratches on the underneath side of the Mac, but the top was absolutely flawless. I am so happy with this purchase and could honestly say that this is a great vendor that can be trusted! Even saved a few hundred bucks buying from back market instead of Apple! As far as everything else goes, the computer seems to operate perfectly, all speakers work. All buttons are in tact, and the touch pad is responsive. ...

I have had my refurbished MacBook Pro 2019 Core i7 for approximately a week and have had no issues thus far with the laptops performance! I originally was apprehensive about ordering but glad I decided to follow through. The laptop arrived in mint condition (no scratches or other cosmetic issues). All keys on the laptop work perfectly and no problems with (dead areas or pixels on the screen). The laptop arrived in the estimated shipping window and was packed in the box like Fort Knox. I am very happy with my purchase and would order again from Back Market in the future!

I purchased a refurbished 13" MacBook Pro M1 (2020 edition) from BlackMarket, and I couldn't be happier. The laptop arrived in near perfect condition with only very minor blemishes. The laptop is in perfect working order, plenty fast, fantastic battery, and exceeded my expectations.
