So far everything seems good with the refurbished IMac I purchased. It was listed as excellent condition and does in fact look that way. Shipping was pretty good. Back Market seemed to have the best price for what I was looking for. Overall very good experience and would recommend shopping here.

iMac arrived in time and well packed. However, the screen was extremely dirty (too many finger prints). Please use gloves when handling the computer or clean the screen before sending to the customer. I am satisfied and plan on buying other items. This is a constructive criticism to make your service better than already is.

BackMarket - you really know how to deliver on your promised products. My iMac Pro arrived a few weeks ago in immaculate condition and works perfectly. Totally satisfied with my refurbished 2018 Mac Mini. I have a home recording studio that needs a pretty powerful computer. Brand new Macs or Minis that have the specs I need are just too expensive when you’re on a tight budget. I always love buying things from Back Market! Their website is awesome and easy to use. I also love my new (well, newly refurbished) 2021 24” iMac! It runs really well and obviously blows my old 2009 out of the water. The only downer is that it has so little storage space, but I just added an external hard drive and it is a dream. It looks brand new too. I picked one that was “Excellent” shape and it truly is. I am very happy with everything about my purchase.

The the Mac Mini M1, 3.2 GHz - SSD from Black Market arrived early in EXCELLENT CONDITION and performs flawlessly. I couldn't ask for more, very impressed with Black Market. I've ordered refurbished from other venders but this was my best experiance.

The Mac mini I ordered was in the exact condition I expected. Has worked great so far and even upgraded to an NVMe with little difficulty. Currently serving its purpose as a headless local iCloud backup server and doing great! Wouldn't hesitate to buy from BackMarket or this refurbisher again. The peace of mind in knowing you won't be screwed over and have a warranty to back up your purchase is priceless.

This was the second purchase I've made through BackMarket and both have been successful; the first was an iPhone 6si, purchased in 2018, which I still use in my office to play music through YouTube music and home wifi, since I've upgraded to an iPhone 13mini as my main phone. So far, I've been pleased with the purchase of the Mac mini 3.2 GHz 512gb - 32GB refurbished machine. Although, I questioned whether I should have purchased the same unit with 64GB of memory since I use a lot of applications, most of them being Adobe applications like Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign, I've been surprisingly pleased with the performance I'm getting from just 32GB of memory. Recently, I upgraded to the newest Mac OS, Sonoma, 14.3.1 and everything runs flawlessly. Overall, I've been very pleased with my purchase through BackMarket. There are other refurbished items I've seen on the site that I plan to purchase in time. The ability to use Affirm to loan me funds for the Mac mini purchase and future purchases is a super added bonus!
