This is my 3rd item I have purchased from Back Market. Have never had issues, will forever be my go to on refurbished apple products. My expectations are not for the item to be perfect, but are definitely worth the price.

I'm happy with my purchase of the refurbished 2019 iPad mini with 256gb of storage. It really is the perfect size and the screen quality is great. I bought a $30 pen that works with the mini pad and a new a/c cord because the one that was shipped wasn't the original Apple a/c cord, but similar. Please with my purchase.

I found this website on a humbug, looking for refurbished items for a decent price. I was iffy at 1st, but after doing proper research, i took a chance & trusted this site. 10/10 would recommend to anybody! communication (updates), shipment & delivery was fast! Both items came in pristine & safe condition, you can't even tell it's refurbished!! I'm so glad i tried my luck!! :)

I recently purchased a refurbished iPad from Back Market, opting for the "Good" condition. The listing mentioned that the screen would be in perfect condition, with imperfections only on the back, so I was a bit surprised to find some minor scratches on the screen. They are barely noticeable when the screen is on, but it's worth mentioning. The only other issue I encountered was with the charger—it doesn’t actually charge the tablet, which is a bit inconvenient. Despite these minor drawbacks, the iPad functions perfectly, and I’m still overall happy with the purchase. I would recommend it to others, but just be aware that there might be small discrepancies between the listing description and the actual condition. (in the picture, I have already put my screen protector on, so the scatches on the screen aren't visible)

Very happy with the device, works great, however there was two relatively deep scratches in the screen but I'm aware thats kind of the cost of refurbished goods. The scratches do not impact screen performance or looks, it's really just noticeable with certain screen colors or when the screen is off.

I love my Ipad, it works great! Thank you for providing such a great experience. I am also happy to know that I am doing my part by purchasing a refurbished item as opposed to buying new one from a large corporation.

We got this for my son for school. It's excellent - great size for young kids, crispy screen, snappy response. And coming as refurbished, it looks/functions very well. Only qualm is the battery life doesn't feel very long, but he uses it almost exclusively for a game-like school app (and games suck power). I very much recommend buying from here!

I’m super pleased. This refurbished IPad works very well. Screen is excellent. Was fairly easy to set up. Most the issues were provider not the IPad. Shipped and arrived fast. Very equitable price for purchase. Thanks Back Market.

iPad came earlier than anticipated! It works great. As expected with refurbished items, there were a few scratches but it is in great condition! Definitely worth it if you’re looking for something that won’t break the bank !
