I received my MacBook Pro quickly and in an excellent condition, as promised in the description. The Magsafe adapter looks new and also the battery only had 1 cycle. I’ve been working with my MacBook Pro for some days and it runs perfectly. I easily could transfer a Time Machine backup and restored my old work flow. I’m very satisfied with this product and the service of BackMarket. For me it’s totally worth it to look for a refurbished MacBook and again BackMarket delivered. The customer service is outstanding. This was my first experience of both purchasing a refurbished iPhone, and trading in my previous iPhone, from other than Apple direct. I did my research first to be sure of how I could ensure the best outcome, and this is my advice to others: Purchase a refurbished iPhone described as no less than “Excellent” condition. It may cost you a little more than lesser condition described refurbished iPhones, but you likely will be more satisfied with the condition of the device you receive. I wanted to trade in my excellent condition iPhone XR and purchase an iPhone 13 Mini 256GB in color green. I was unable to acquire the iPhone 13 Mini 256GB in green as neither new nor refurbished direct from Apple. So I had to look elsewhere. That is where Back Market came in. I really like the fact that Back Market gives a 30 day return policy in case you are not happy with the item you receive, and an automatic 1 year warranty for issues beyond the first 30 days. I bought my first refurbished IPhone with Backmarket in 2019 - an IPhone 7. I got it in the "excellent" condition and it was excellent for 5 years! I loved my IPhone 7 and the only reason I gave it up was because the IOS would only go to 14 and some of my needed apps did not support IOS 14 anymore. So with a great deal of research, including articles on BackMarket, I decided on an IPhone 13, again in "excellent" condition, trading in my old Iphone 7. Trade-in super easy - was given a trade-in price within seconds, free shipping, constant communication, and $ within my bank account all within a week. As for my IPhone 13 - Apple has made copying from old phone to new phone a breeze (not like the old days with needing to backup and copy from ICloud). The Iphone 13 came well packaged and yes, in excellent condition. Beautiful phone. I highly recommend BackMarket to anyone looking at getting a "new" phone. I love buying refurbished, and this my 3rd purchase from Back Market. (I previously purchased and Imac and an Apple Watch.). The MacBook Pro that I received was just as advertised. I recently purchased a MacBook Pro (2021) 16-inch - M1 Pro (10-core CPU, 16-core GPU) - 16GB RAM - 512GB SSD from Back Market in “Good” refurbished condition, and I have to say—I’m beyond impressed. As someone with experience repairing these laptops, I can confidently say this unit is in excellent condition. The battery health is at 92%, the display is flawless, and all ports function perfectly. The only imperfections are a very small hairline scratch on the Apple logo and a tiny chip near one of the feet on the bottom, both of which are barely noticeable. Given the price, this was an amazing deal, and I highly recommend considering refurbished products from Back Market. The overall experience was exceptional—customer service was responsive and helpful, shipping was fast, and the website is well-designed and easy to use. I also traded in my iPad, and while the process is still ongoing, the trade-in value quoted was great. So far, this has been a fantastic purchasing experience, and I will most likely buy from Back Market again in the future. I bought the iPhone 15 Pro Max from Back Market and I have had it for almost a month now and there have been no problems! There are no scratches on the front glass. The cameras work excellent there are no scratches on the back. They use genuine refurbished parts. All of my parts are from Apple nowhere does it say in my settings that there is an unfamiliar or unrecognized part. The only thing I would have to mention is when I charge my phone. It seems to get really warm. I don’t know if that is a product thing or a refurbished thing. I did some research and it does say that the iPhone 15 Pro Max did get pretty warm when charging. Other than that, the phone works excellent. I am satisfied.

Very happy with my refurbished Apple Watch Series 7! The appearance is like new, it looks great, and is much faster than my old Series 4. The battery health is 88% - I was hoping it might be higher - but it makes it through the day OK. Paid $175 and the cost to replace the battery on my old watch was going to be $99 so it made send to spend a little more and upgrade. Glad I did.

The MacBook Pro I purchased is in excellent condition, despite being graded as "fair." I cannot see any flaws at all. I've had it for a week now and have been working with it daily, and it's working beautifully. I am very happy with my purchase. I would absolutely recommend buying a refurbished product from iPower Resale and Backmarket. This purchase came after 2 failed attempts with other purchases. I first purchased a refurbished MacBook Pro from Loop Mobile through Backmarket. It appeared to be working well at first, but after a few hours of use, it started incessantly beeping every 7 seconds. This would happen every day. I was going nuts trying to troubleshoot it and went back and forth with Backmarket support. After running apple diagnostics, I discovered it had a faulty battery. The customer support was excellent and the return was seamless. I assumed that the first bad Mac Book was just really bad luck because I had previously purchased an iPhone and iPad through Backmarket and they were excellent (and have been excellent for years). I immediately purchased another Mac Book Pro, also from Loop Mobile through Backmarket. This one also appeared to be working well ...

I ordered in excellent condition. The product came perfect. Arrived in an apple certified refurbished box. It also came with a third-party keyboard and mouse, I ended up using my mouse and keyboard from my older iMac. But the third-party once provided work fine. I went through all of the settings, everything is exactly as it's supposed to be. Not a single scratch. Very satisfied with this purchase. Also I order on the 7th and it arrived on the 10th. It was originally estimated to arrive on the 14th but it shipped out the same day I ordered it. Very fast delivery.
