Rating this highly despite returning the product bc as a business owner, I understand how much a review affects a business. I'm the type of person who does not make impulse purchases and does extensive amounts of research before I buy a product. I am very upset with this purchase and the time spent researching its specs. The main reason I bought this Dell Latitude 5490 was bc of the 15 hr battery life. However, when I tested it on full charge without a charger plugged in, it only lasted TWO hours. This makes it no different compared to my $100 laptop my dad bought me. I understand this website sells refurbished products. Aesthetic-wise, it was beautiful and looked almost new. However, 2h out of the expected 15h of battery life is an injustice. If you do not care about battery life w/o a charger, you'd probably be fine. However, as a student who frequents coffee shops that often do not have outlets, this was a necessity for me which IT Supply Guy failed to deliver. Needless to say, it is on its way back to the seller.

The listing was for a Surface Book 3 in "Good" condition, but it looked brand new. No scuffs, scratches or dings. Upon receipt, I charged the device and ran my normal diagnostic/stress tests. The battery health was almost perfect, the CPU and GPU benchmarks were on par with a new machine and the SSD was in perfect working order. If you're on the fence about refurbished, take the chance. My only complaint is the charger that was sent with my PC was a Dell branded USB-C charger in place of a Surface Connect charger.

The Lenovo laptop was delivered earlier than expected, in excellent condition for a refurbished computer and was very easy to set up. It is used lightly, mainly with social media so it is most satisfactory especially for the price.

My experience with the Refurbished Lenovo Chromebook N222-20 has been pretty good. I have recently been having some problems with some of the numbers not working on the keyboard but all in all, I would recommend.

I purchased the Lenovo IdeadPad with a 12th gen I5 cpu. The notebook was shipped the next day and arrived in excellent condition. I went to the Lenovo site and the notebook serial number was immediately recognized as a refurbished item with a one year warranty. Overall I grade the purchase as a 5 star experience.

I really like my Dell ChromeBook 11. It's small enough to easily fit into my work backpack. Actually that was the reason why I purchase this type of small-size laptop,(to carry it to work). And I like using the keyboard as oppose to not having one like on my tablet. The battery stays strong so that the device doesn't need to be charge for a good period of time. The one thing I do miss is the touch screen feature. All & all, this device is indeed in excellent condition and its nice to have something small & charming,that I can easily carry around.

This chromebook arrived very clean and in excellent condition. I'm writing this review after having the Asus Chromebook Celeron for a couple of months now. It's fast very responsive and durable. It gives you excellent value. The Asus Chromebook Celeron performs like its new but is refurbished.

I needed a laptop but was on a tight budget, so I took a chance on this refurbished Lenovo, and I am glad that I did. All in, with a 2-year warranty, I paid less than $300.00 for what is essentially a brand-new laptop. Cosmetically, there is no indication that this machine has been used, and it works flawlessly. Also, it shipped shockingly quick. I ordered just prior to Christmas, with no expectation that it would arrive prior to the holiday, and it arrived within 2-days. Definitely a great first experience with BackMarket!

This new laptop is exactly what I needed, and I got it for a fraction of the competitors' prices. I guess it has been refurbished, but I would never know if they didn't tell me. Top-notch service and competitive prices will keep me coming back.
