I've had the Switch OLED for about 2 weeks now and so far it's been great. Arrived 2 days before it was supposed to. Even without the original box, everything was packed nice and tight. Haven't had any issues with game play, connections, or the controllers. It was listed in Fair condition, but I would put it as Good. Aside from some wear marks near the charging port and two very very small chips in the screen (I can feel them but they're not noticeable in game play), this thing is 10/10.

The description didn’t say anything about what exactly was included. You get a switch, left and right joycons, the controller that you slot the joycons on, the little slides you put on the joycons to use them separately, a dock, a power adapter for the dock, and a USB-A to USB-C cable. My accessories came in pristine condition, with some still in the packaging. The switch and joycons, however, were a little worse for wear. The joysticks in the controllers are loose and rattle around, and the left joycon waggles forwards and backwards when slotted on the switch. I was a little surprised when both controllers worked fine when I started playing games. The switch itself came with a heavily scratched screen, both scratches all over the place and scratches from where the dock rubs against the screen. The screen itself has no defects and there are no dead zones in the digitizer. The buttons on the switch, the USB-C port, the game card reader and the SD card reader all work. There are also scratches all over the switch body, and one corner was chipped off, which didn’t really affect usability. “Scared and afraid using “primarily overdone” refurbished intentions; for now, though, I am comfortable. In there are fears for such ideas, I have itches of breaking and undone situations for the items previously set forth through ordering.”

One of the panels of the consoles was not attached upon arrival. The inside of the panel had some gross brown residue on it. i cleaned it off and reattached it. Also some scratches on controller and console. Overall, it’s fine. But the ease of removing the panel makes me wonder why it wasn’t wiped off, if it’s truly refurbished and not just used and resold.

Console works great. I’ve had very few issues and ported games from other consoles run on it pretty well too. From how much it cost in comparison to the performance of the console (not even accounting for the environmental benefit from buying refurbished products) it’s just an overall great product.

Exterior of laptop was pristine. Display was not as advertised. Advertisement was for 3840x2160. Delivered item has 1920x1080 @ 360 (still good though). Chassis fans were incredibly dirty and clogged causing the system to run above 70 degrees. Had the clean them and provide new paste while in upgrading the storage and ram. So please ensure refurbished means refurbished.

I don’t leave reviews often but I wanted to comfort any uneasy minds with purchasing here for the first time. I will admit I was a little skeptical about buying a refurbished item from a site I’m not familiar with but I couldn’t be happier. Works great and my son is over the moon about his birthday gift. Thank you!

2nd computer from the same refurbisher and again it had the wrong parts. Same as before, the processor was wrong. Additionally it states that it has a 512gb SSD, but it actually has a 480gb SSD. I am keeping both computers because they are only marginally different, but if purchasing another computer in the future I would definitely avoid this seller.

Techline was the refurbisher that provided my PS4 controller. I purchased a PS4 Pro through Back Market from another refurbisher that came with one controller already but wanted another for some local co-op. The order took a little longer to get to me than I had anticipated. When I opened up the box it arrived in, the controller inside was packaged nicely with bubble wrap and showed minimal signs of wear and tear. It would've been nice if the seller had included a micro USB charging cable as a courtesy. So now I have to order one. Would buy again though. Thanks!
