The entire experience has been great. Love that this company is dedicated to reducing waste and helping us do our part to save the planet. I was able to find a refurbished Fitbit Charge 4 after my first one died, and then I briefly tried the Charge 5, but its glitches sent me looking to return to the 4. At BackMarket, I found what I needed at a terrific price. It arrived in under a week, and I know that if anything goes wrong, I have a protection plan in place. Will definitely consider BackMarket for future electronics needs.

I got this for my mother. She's had a Fitbit before and when hers broke I had to get her another. After a health scare recently she needed it to get back on her feet. She is so eased with it and tells me daily. Thank you for a great product.

Very happy with my new Versa watch. It came in perfect condition, and a quick search online located the user guide, which made set-up very easy. The price can't be beat, and I feel much better having purchased a used item and keeping electronics out of the landfill.

The watch was in perfect condition. The only issue is that one of the bands wouldn't work so we had to buy an extra one. The watch tracks and charges. My son was excited to upgrade from the Versa 2.

Watch face was much more scratched up than I expected for picking the best quality. I guess I was spoiled because the first watch I ordered from here looked brand new when it arrived... this one has surely been worn a good many hours already. Overall though it functions properly, so far, and keeps a charge.
