Works perfectly. Replaced my mother's free government phone which was terrible. Connected it to cell to Jack and it works much better. Better sound quality by far.

Wasted a week - I specifically purchased the phone locked for Verizon. Phone came locked for a different carrier. I wasted two days trying to troubleshoot, two hours on chat with Verizon, then finally took it in to the store before they physically looked at it and told me the phone was locked for another carrier. When I tried to return it on BackMarket, I see this happens often enough for it to be its own category in the return section. Very frustrating experience.

In my opinion, I guess it would be ideal to ship all the phones contents in the box have a power supply and cable outside the box just a thought or an idea. Everything else seems fine waiting to connect the phone to my carrier in

I ordered the phone from back market because of the discount with visible. I ordered it unlocked but had no idea that it wouldn't work with visible because it was all linked together. it was a huge inconvenience. I now have 100 bucks tied up in something that does not work with visible. I sent it back to you and ordered the right one from visible. I will not be ordering from back market again. as many emails as I got from you guys and I still got the wrong phone. I hope I get my money back but if not it was at the least a very valuable lesson
