Purchased for a family in need and the child's mother couldn't be happier. She is able to communicate with her son's school for a fraction of the cost of a new phone. I purchased the phone and it wwas delivered in quick succession. Literally 2 days. The phone looks brand new out of box so i am very delighted about that. The phone is working well so far so good so I really cannot complain. For the price and all i am satisfied. I hope it lasts too.

It was a gift for my son, and he couldn't be happier. It is in excellent condition, both esthetically as well as functionally. He thought that it was great that it was recycled too. Less waste, better for the environment, he said.

cons: only has 4g capabilities when my a10e had 5g. when the startup screen appears, it only says samsung halaxy with no statement of what kind, which is worrisome. mid: it runs faster than the 6+ years old a10e, but slower than I'd like. pro: way better camera. Sim, and sd card holder fits 2 of both. glad to have voice features like speech to text. larger screen. otherwise an all-around upgrade outside of the 4g only.

Nice. The phone looks new and works well. Inititially, it had no cell service and I was about to return it. Fortunately, it required a reboot after reset. Then everything worked as it should. This thing is pretty fast and has all the latest features. Satisfied.

I was happy with it but it hasn't been the most positive experience. First it was a chore to get it connected. Now I tried to make a call & it finally went through. Then we were disconnected & when I tried to redial it said no network. I will admit I am far from tech savvy so a lot of it may fall back on me. Not a big phone user but it would be great to know I can depend on it. The price & condition was a big plus so I just need to work out the kinks!
