This is a legitimate dealer, very smooth transaction. Gave me updates from the time I purchased to the arrival date. Only negative I've found, is the battery is not as impressive as my previous A32, but, as stated it is a used phone.

The phone arrived very quickly and in great condition. This is the 2nd phone I've bought from Back Market and have been extremely pleased with the condition of the phones and the excellent service. The phone works perfectly and I am a satisfied customer.

I purchased this phone for my child. Phone arrived in a bubble wrap package. I opened it and hit the power on button and the screen was black. I emailed support and they sent me a return label with in minutes. Sent back to company purchased from for repair, they couldn’t fix it and processed a return on my payment. Haven’t received it yet but still have a few days more to wait

Order came on time. Phone had a few lil scratches on the back but overall great phone and was able to easily transfer service to it.

I waited a month before reviewing this phone. I have to say it is PHENOMENAL! Like seriously, it looks brand new and I have not had any issues at all! The battery last all day and that is saying alot considering how much I use it. 100% worth it!

My Galaxy is working great. It was a breeze to set up and have not run into any problems. I am very pleased with my purchase. My wife thought it was brand new.Thank you.

Great product, working ok si far, have not tried cell signal conectivity, needed this phone because the headphone jack mostly and use with wi fy only
