The only thing I am unsure about is when I answer a call, it drops the call. I am not sure if this is me or the phone. A reboot often corrects this issue, but should I have to reboot my phone every day? Other than this issue, I am very happy with the purchase.

Phone works great it's everything I expected except for the plastic backing that they put on the phone is coming off and I can't get it to pop back in but other than that everything works the way it's expected My phone came with the charger and everything else works just thought it was a 5G phone

So far, so good! The phone is in great quality (as described) and while I cannot find the max battery setting, it is lasting almost 48 hrs with moderate use! It was also unlocked and easy to insert my wife's SIM card. All in all, we've had a great experience and we'll be getting our next phone from Back Market!

It's way better than the Blu Trac phone that I had earlier which was only 4G capable. The phone is very user friendly and had most of the apps that I needed. I paid a a middle range price.The company that rebuilds them offers good, better and best all in a price range from $108.00 to $128.00. I took the $118.00 phone and I am happy with what I got. A Samsung 5G phone for $118.00 plus tax is a deal. Check it out yourself.

Great phone, works like new and super fast shipping. I am happy with Backmarket customer service and devices. The first phone wouldn't connect to my Sim so I sent it back, but the second phone works like a charm.

The phone arrived quickly and worked out of the box; no drama involved. If I had gotten the phone as a gift and was told it was brand new, I'd have believed it. Battery life with my usage patterns comes out to about 26 hours from 100%, I've been using the battery protection function and only charging to 85%. which still accounts for about 20 hours, (that last 15% tends to last longer than the first 65%) 128GB feels pretty endless, with built in operating system and apps it fills about. 25/128 The Screen's Dimming feature is very nice for using at night, without blinding me

Horrible. Horrible horrible horrible. You sent me a phone that doesn't want to get unlocked. I have tried for three fucking weeks with AT&T to get this thing unlocked. I have gotten my SIM card replaced by T-Mobile 3 times and this thing won't get unlocked. Now, it's fucking screen is broken in the intermission of me trying to fix what should've been done immediately. One of the biggest hassles 160 dollars of a purchase has given me.
