phone works like a brand new one! I have had the galaxy note 10 since 2019 when they were released and I absolutely love it. which is why when mine had already went through 2 separate screen repairs I finally said it was time for a new one. I got the note 10 256gb in white rated excellent condition and BackMarket delivered 👏 👌 Thank you, BackMarket for your amazing discounted prices and exceptional phones. Did I mention I only had to wait 2 days before I received it in the mail? and that was with choosing the free standard shipping! 5-stars for sure, if there were more stars I'd give them to you!

beautiful phone but has a deep chip in the screen im afraid could turn into a crack. it was supposed to be in excellent condition.. I just noticed it. disappointed but ill send it back and find another one.

Item was supposed to be good condition, instead I’d say it’s more fair condition. Back glass is coming off, and also has a bunch of scratches and little marks.

Got sooner that expected. Phone quality was great. Did have an issue but nothing that wasn't able to be taken care of. Help with that was awesome.

I was disappointed that this phone stopped working properly after a year of use. The digitizer went bad and now all that works to use the screen is the stylus. Also the battery will randomly drop by 30% or more in a matter of minutes. My first phone purchased on Backmarket (the Galaxy Note 9) nearly 5 years ago is still working with minimal issues aside from a note great battery life. So I don't know if this is an issue with the refurbishment or just an issue with this particular device. I love Backmarket in every other respect so I hope this is just a bad egg.
