the phone itself came in great condition and everything seems to work fine except for one thing. I'm not sure if it's anything to do with the age of the phone and the fact that it's refurbished or if it's just a problem with the model, but the antenna seems to be worse than my old Galaxy S10+. Places I used to have fine signal barely give me anything at all and I'm lucky if I can receive texts anywhere. Otherwise a great phone delivered on time. I always recommend Back Market

I love the phone is like new. I like screen size and I was able to move all other phone information to new phone by Smart Switch only took about 2 hours. I have a lot on my old phone some I deleted off new phone. The picture quality is awesome it like watching 4K viewing. I love watching movies, YouTube videos and tik-Tok videos. If you purchased this refurbished phone, you will not be disappointed. The store BAck Market alway guaranteed there product and it has not failed me yet.

I want to thank Back Market for my new phone. I got the excellent and that's exactly what was delivered to me not a single scuff mark anywhere scratch nothing it is perfect. I put my SIM card in and followed all instructions and everything seems to be good to go and I'm very excited I was so skeptical about ordering refurbished, because I have never gotten a refurbished phone. I have bought several phones through BackMarket. Great customer service. The phones arrive as scheduled. I love my new phone. The only thing I am not so happy about is the battery. I realize it is not a new battery, but it seems to run down quicker than usual, if I compare it to my other refurbished phones. I am not on the phone that much. I don't text a lot...I don't talk a lot. By evening I have to plug it in.

Only issue is I paid for the "Expedited 2-day shipping" at $30 via Fed-Ex and I received the phone the same day as if I hadn't paid the extra $30. It happened the last time I purchased my wife's phone as well. As for the phone, excellent, great quality and condition. Hard to beat Back Market.
