Great purchase on my end, I was still using the S9 before this so it was due for retirement unfortunately, still love my S9 though. This S21 is better in several ways. even being refurbished. it charges in a bit over an hour, the back is plastic so you don't need to worry about the phone flexing in your pocket and cracking, an issue I ran into with my old S9 partly because I procrastinated getting a case. The cameras on this are great, the quality is nice, and I'm not sure which processor it uses but it runs really smooth. It's got the average 60 hertz display and the fast and snappy 120 hertz display that you can cycle through, 9/10 phone imo

The phone was in excellent condition. I had no issues swapping phones and have run across no glitches. I am very pleased. As someone who doesn't need the newest item, just a good functioning one, I am pleased to find a place I can find refurbished items without worry.

Arrived on time. Listed as "Fair Condition". When I opened the well packed box, my phone visually looked Brand New. No scratches no nothing. When I took my phone(Galaxy S21 5g 128) to my Service Provider there was NO PROBLEMS or ISSUES. I GOT MORE THAN I PAID FOR!

Came a day earlier than tracking said it would, so I almost missed the package. But it came fully charged and immediately ready to be set up. Screen has no damage; neither does the body. Touch sensitivity is a bit off, especially around the edges, but not sure if that's an issue with the model or just this singular phone. Battery drains so quickly while in use, but it's pretty expected with refurbished stuff. Jumped from the S8 to the S21 so it's a bit too get used to, but everything seems to be in good working order.

Got the Galaxy S21 5G 128GB unlocked (ordered the "excellent condition") and have used it with my Straight talk service for a few weeks now.. So far perfect! This is the second time I have ordered a phone from this website and have been happy both times!

It was a great experience. I ordered two unlocked Samsung S21's. They arrived in excellent condition. as ordered. I was a bit disappointed with the size of the screen, I thought that it would be larger. However, I quickly got over it and now love the phone. It has more features than I expected. So, I must confess that I will be ordering from Back Market again.

Only a single small scratch along the top. Otherwise flawless, even without a case the scratch is barely visible, I was so afraid of buying anything here but I definitely will be looking for other products now, when I hear refurbished I usually see badly finished products. When back market refurbishes something it is flawless

I was skeptical About buying a refurbished model but everything turned out great.The phone is an awesome condition.And it came with a screensaver already on the phone. There was no problems in updating the phone or getting it programmed correctly.
