The phone is labeled as unlocked and it was not. Went to my service provider because I couldn't get the sim to work myself and they ultimately came to the conclusion that the phone was locked after many failed attempts at getting the sim card to work with this phone. I am now skeptical of buying refurbished from this site because of this dishonest experience. Hopefully in the future, Backmarket will help to police the dishonesty of some of their "verified" sellers. Other than the phone being locked, it worked perfectly as far as I could tell. The phone was not damaged in any way and it was great for the few days I had it. I am now in the process of getting a refund for this device.

I have never ordered a refurbished cell phone until now. I have not had my s22 very long, but so far, so good! It looks brand new, and unless something comes up. I will continue to order my phones from Back Market!

It's a little slow at times, but other than that this phone meets and exceeds all my expectations! Perfect physical condition, sound quality is great, pictures are gorgeous quality, no problems with audio or connectivity at all! My headphones took a bit of effort to pair, but I 100% blame the headphones for that 😂 10/10 experience for my first refurbished phone!

Been using my new phone for about a week and a half now. Very happy with the performance so far. It also has an excellent camera. I ordered the product under the fair condition and the sides came pretty scuffed but no actual damages. (And it's all hidden in the case anyway). Fantastic phone and another good refurbished purchase. I will say as a warning, the battery life of this phone is pretty bad, which is because of Samsung, not Back Market. Just keep that in mind when buying.

The phone is beautiful. Looks brand new. The only issue i have is the battery life, but i believe its an S22 issue and not the refurbishment.

The phone is just perfect. I got it today and to be honest I was a bit skeptical since my last purchase (Galaxy S21 5G) came in a bad condition although I paid for an excellent condition. I had to ask for a replacement and unfortunately the replacement was matching my expectations as well. So I decided to ask for a refund and they processed it really fast (2 days) and then I tried this one and to be honest I really love it. I highly recommend and you guys from Back Market have all my respect. 👌🏽

We are loving our new phones! We did have and issue with one of them being carrier locked, but we shipped it back and got the replacement in under 2 weeks. The process was a breeze and customer service was helpful and prompt! We will definitely use back market again for future purchases.

okay, so screen wise, it's beautiful but for the sides of the phone however, it seems like somebody use a sander on it. all in all, it feels great. it's a great upgrade from my s9 that I've had for 5+ years now. You also have to appreciate the fact that transferring the files was very easy. My files and apps were transferred withing 30 minutes and it feels like I've literally picked up where I've left off. almost like nothing changed, just better hardware to play around with. And for just $221? I can't cry, I'm happy. it's just the sides of the phone that's scraped so hard that bothers me. I would have tried for the s23 but when you really pencil it out, most of these high end phone over the last 2 years are really similar with a few minor improvements. I've survived with my s9 so long, ain't no rush in a new and glamory. I bet this will do the job just fine.

Purchased this phone about 2 months ago (05/2024) and was unable to switch from my old phone to the new one, due to it being locked by another carrier. I specifically searched for an unlocked phone to avoid a problem like this. Very disappointed. :(
