This is the third item I have purchased from back market. I truly don't foresee ever buying electronics brand new again. The phone came in record time, in stellar condition. You would truly never know it was refurbished. It works great, I have had zero problems with anything I've purchased from back market and the Galaxy s23 Ultra was no different.

This is my second device Ive bought and I gotta say they did it again this is the best condition and the best seller I mean refurbished is way better I’m just gonna put out there for yall who doesn’t trust this type of store or service but I’ll tell you one thing back market has evolve their workers might be perfect or not perfect but in the end of the day we’re just human working to be better, and I’m glad I have the things to say thank you back market.

Works as advertised. Screen is flawless and the camera works well. Got this as a gift, and the receiver was delighted. Clearly professionally refurbished and well packaged. Would recommend this seller.

I was hesitant to ordering such an expensive refurbished phone but I have been pleasantly surprised with my purchase thus far. My phone came in better than Good condition. My only "issue" was that when I started the phone it didn't go through the initial start setup. I ended up factory resetting the phone. After setup I had to go through the settings to unlock the network, which is not a big deal but it is something that not many people would know or consider. Aside from that, it has been a fantastic phone that has worked with my Mint plan.

I was skeptical buying a refurbished phone. I chose Back Market because they have a great warranty. I bought a S23 Ultra and it is in perfect condition. It came with a charger. I am happy with my choice.

2 Month's later and so far satisfied with my Samsung Galaxy S23Ultra 512gb purchase. Shipped and received in just a few days. I did receive the wrong color but definitely not a deal breaker for me (ordered beige, received white) looks neat, like new. Cellphone is cosmetically in pristine condition, battery life could be better but has held up okay so far (considering it's a used phone and my purchase condition option at check out) hoping all goes well after the awesome 1 year warranty provided. Currently returning to shop with BackMarket to upgrade my GF cellphone, crossing my fingers she will be very much more satisfied with her new cellphone upgrade and the overall conditions of her new phone. Planning on making much more purchases in the future with BackMarket (perhaps a gaming laptop next) if all goes well.. Thank you for your service BackMarket!.

I had the money for a new phone and a friend was telling me to give backmarket a try. Looking over his phone and his purchase conditions, i went for it as well. Definitely a quality service. Got the phone I wanted for half the price my carrier wanted to charge me to upgrade. Phone delivery was crazy fast, and I couldn't be happier. Anticipating getting a watch next.

Like how quickly it arrives. Love the new color (Purple), and it's in such great shape. The only thing I dont like is it doesn'r have an SD card slot, which is where everything is stored. Guess that's my fault for not reading everything. Bummer tho.
