Wow! Phone is in perfect conditions! For the price I say is worth it. I did a diagnostic check and everything performed well! No cracks whatsoever. I did pay for excellent conditions but this exceeded my expectations. It was also easy to set up a 4 payment plan! which I liked. Is my first time in years getting a second hand phone and so far I have no regrets putting my trust here. I plan on making future purchases here! Also it was easy to activate and transfer all my data from my previous Samsung S10!

First time using Back Market, on the recommendation of my mother. If this initial experience is anything to go by, I'll be returning for many more purchases in the future. The phone arrived the next day, in flawless condition, and ready to use. There's really nothing more I could have asked for.

Wouldn't buy refurbished anywhere else.

I've been on this earth for 68 years and have been a prolific shopper for most of them. I have experienced all kinds of customer service, and lucky enough to say my experiences have been mostly very good ones. I must say that Backmarket has exceeded my expectations, especially with regards to excellence in customer service. This company kniws the value of excellence in communication. They go above and beyond which really puts one at ease.

the phone looks new. but was not factory reseted. I did it. And it has a xfinidly screen and software on boot up. that should be wiped. but the phone works great so far.

Upgrading finally from IPhone and i love the s24+

The condition is like brand new, and the price was so cheap, more than happy with the phone
