Customer service very effective and helpful. The samsung S24 that I purchased works and looks brand new without any scratches or marks. I'm very satisfied with the product and service of my transaction.

Assumed when paid extr for FedEx it wouldn't take 4 days to deliver. Also Verizon could not do a similar with phone so had to go to store and get a physical sim. Fortunately the phone looks like a new one so that's good.

I had an S22 that I really enjoyed using overall, except the battery life and overall performance eventually became so bad that it was basically unusable as a daily device. The S24 has been reliable, it has relieved my battery anxiety, and I feel much more confident in its ability to last for a long, long time. BackMarket got me into an S24 that was basically brand-new and has given me no issues since purchasing. Everything worked out. 👍👍

great service. Received the cell phone very quickly and in excellent condition. Got it up and running in no time. Transferred everything. Had hang up problem with transferring text messages, not a big deal.

I am soooooo thrilled with my new S24!!! Came as described and arrived sooner than quoted- and at a steep discount from what I would've paid for brand new. Backmarket's sustainability practices are important to me - I'll be back when my current laptop finally gives out!

I'm happy to report that my phone arrived in excellent condition, safe and sound! I was a bit concerned after reading a review about someone’s phone not being activated, but mine came fully activated, so no issues there 😄. Honestly, I told myself that as long as the camera worked well, I'd be satisfied, and it’s definitely living up to expectations. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase—but as with anything, there's always a bit of a gamble. Roll the dice and see for yourself! 😁👍🏽

This phone works really well, barely any scratches or dents- and if there are very few and HARDLY noticeable unless you have 20/20 vision lol. I love it! I think I need to get used to the size of the phone bc I've had an iPhone 8 plus for a really long while and just upgraded and I can tell this phone is very lightweight but also narrower and smaller making typing slightly more easier to do onehanded but less precise as the keys are smaller. But that is my problem with Samsung, it isn't anything too problematic and I can definitely get used it to it. Love the phone anyways, God bless yall!

The Galaxy S24 that I received was not unlocked! It was locked by T-Mobile. I'm extremely disappointed and want this fixed immediately!

The phone came as promised and in very good condition. The "getting started" instructions were very clear and helpful, and enabled me to transfer my data from a very old Samsung Galaxy to the new one. I will buy from this site again. At checkout, please just offer a basic phone case and screen protector deal for a little extra--just in case some clumsy and/or busy people want to get everything all at once.
