I was scared to order a refurbished phone online, but it ended up being so worth it in the end! I ordered mine in "excellent" condition and it was basically brand new and arrived in 4 days. I haven't had it long enough to comment on the battery life, and there was a VERY minor scratch on the phone, but it was a s24 for over half off so no biggie!

Had to replace a Galaxy Note 8 purchased thru Back Market as it had begun to exhibit strange symptoms. My service provider determined that it was not fully compatible with their newest network. This premium Galaxy S24 was delivered in perfect condition and a provider's in-store rep activated it and used Samsung Smart Switch to transfer my data to this new-to- me phone. So far so good. My only gripes are (1) I really didn't want a 5G phone due to higher levels of radiation ( I have a family history of cancer) and (2) I do not appreciate being forced to accept AI technology, but no choice. Back Market has once again supplied a nice phone at a fair price; if I live long enough to need to upgrade again, they will be the first source I will check out.

I moved up from a 2022 Moto G Stylus to this Galaxy S24. The outside was spotless. Like new. The first thing I noticed was voice typing response. Instantaneous where I used to have a significant wait. I'm still learning the features but the setup was easy and switching sim cards to the new phone quick. very happy with price and quality.

My new phone arrived quickly. It was ready to go out of the box. I am really liking the samsung experience so far. The camera takes high quality pictures and the phone is very responsive. Biosecurity was easy to set up and works well.

This is the 3rd time I've purchased items on this site and in total have 4 phones. Each experience was top tier and this recent purchase was no different. The items arrived very fast and exactly as described, if not better. I asked for a flawless screen and a slightly used body and the phones came looking practically brand new. They work perfectly and everything has been like buying a new phone except I saved a bunch of money. 10 out of 10 would totally recommend to all.

The touch screen on this phone is awful. Can't tell you how many times I need to swipe it to get to recognize that i am touching it. I wish it was made clearer that this phone has no added memory capability, didn't even realize until I tried to find the slot for one and it didn't have it. I would have either gone with a different phone or upgraded to more storage.

I'm a repeat customer and a big fan of Back Market. Unfortunately, even though this device was supposed to be an unlocked phone, and showed in the technical specifications on the website before I purchased it, that it was compatible with my new carrier. "Network Lock" continued to appear when either a psim or esim was used to connect to the Verizon system. Back Market were excellent in sending instructions to fix the problem, which was great. But even after several attempts by the team member at the Verizon store, the same error message continued to appear. I was then left in limbo with no cell providerr because the transfer of my phone number from one carrier to another was in the nether world of switching carriers. I had to purchase an inferior device, because I had to have cell service with my original phone number, and it would have been 24 hrs before I could get a "transfer pin" from Verizon. Tech Hell! So, the takeaway is to make sure, before you attempt to switch carriers, that you have a backup plan, should you end up in a similar situation.

The majority of the phone looks great. A few minor scratches and super small scrape won't matter too much with being in a case as long I have it. My only complaint is that the usb c port and the speaker next to it appear to not have been given any attention. They look pretty funky, it's bothering me enough I might have to clean it out myself. Besides that, the phone is performing great.
