This is not the first we had purchased an item from Back Market. In both instances the process went smoothly and quickly. The item came in a day early from the original arrival date. As for the item, a Galaxy Watch 5 Pro, it was rated as "Good" condition, and there was/is a small mark on the outside ring, but otherwise it was flawless. It charged up just fine and connected to my phone with no issue. Overall, very please with the transaction as well as the watch. Will definitely be back to Back Market for future purchases.

It would be nice if the watch came with a Samsung charger. It would help it charge much faster I think. Still doesn't take too long to charge (about 2.5-3 hours). Condition of the watch was good, and I'm happy with the functionality.

Got the watch. Been using it for about a week now. Apart from a few scratches on the bezel, it's in pretty good shape. Drains about 30% Battery per day, which is really good. Will definitely get more from Backmarket.

Love the watch and its battery, condition is fine, just a few scratches which is fair since i ordered fair condition. Not a huge fan of the cheap looking and feeling charging cable and plug but its atleast included with the product. It works well and i love it!

Overall, the watch is great. Keeps my accountability up. 2 things that are frustrating though. One, The auto detect feature is about 10 years outdated as it takes awhile to detect. The second is the auto stop that asks me to finish or resume when I am literally in the middle of a dumbbell press or similar. Some workouts I have to resume 3-6 times. Annoying, but whatever.

i like it definitely the best watch I've had but the only issue is that the magnetic latch on the bottom keeps falling off idk why could be a problem on my end or it could be a problem that came with the watch either way that's the only problem I have with it I would recommend buying it if you want a decent watch for a decent price.

The watch came in flawless condition, even though I only got the good condition. I just wish it came with a better charger. It took me 2 seconds to find something that was better with USB type-c instead of USB A. That's the only thing stopping me from giving this 5 stars.

As often happens where I live UPS sometimes takes an extra day. Even with that delay I was wearing my new watch 5 days after ordering it. (With a weekend thrown in there.) I could not be more happy with the whole experience! My watch looks brand new, and battery life has been the quality expected of a Galaxy 5 Watch Pro.
