The watch looks really good, seems to work ok, but I haven't gotten to use it yet because they sent out an iPhone watch charger with it instead of a galaxy watch charger. I messaged backmarket themselves and they're only offering to give me a $10 credit for a new charger or wait on the shop to send me one. I get they are a company that sells refurbished stuff but $10 credit for a charger that's $40 brand new is crazy to me. I've ordered from back market before and never had any issues so I know as a company they're good.

It works perfectly! Shipping was quick, and it's true that you can't tell that it's refurbished. I got as a present for my mom, and it works just as great as mine, which I purchased on Amazon for more! I'd highly recommend!

The item is BRAND NEW! You would never be able to tell it was refurbished. All functions work as intended, but even if there was an issue, I have the added protection! For the price I paid it's more than worth what I received. Love what this company does 🥰

This item is perfect for what I was hoping for. The only complaint I have would be that the old phone that it was connected to was still connected and I kept getting/receiving calls that had no relevance to me or my phone.

This was my first time ordering from Backmarket and so I was a little hesitant but I'm glad I did! The watch, band, and charger all came in amazing condition and work phenomenonally. I really like the watch itself as it's very versatile and synced easily with my phone and buds with no trouble. Will definitely come back to Backmarket the next time I wanna buy tech

this is my 2nd time ordering a galaxy watch from back market.( lost my first one unfortunately and was unable to track it) This time around was better then the 1st, shipping was faster, charger that came with it was a samsung charger and condition was damn near perfect.

The watch came in two days which was awesome. It works and looks as described. I see one small scuff on the edge that's hardly noticeable unless you're looking for it. They included the charger and a Samsung branded charging block which was nice. The battery life is not amazing, but I have seen reviews of this watch new and it seems like a major complaint about the device in general is the battery life. Definitely happy to purchase this at a discount

Shipping was pretty quick. Watch is in absolute brand new condition. No scratches, band like new, and battery lasts as long as a brand new one from factory. Came with a Samsung charger too. You can compare it to one thats brand new never used and you would not know which is used, and which one is new.

The watch has been working well since I ordered it. It is in the style that I wanted, and it is in great physical condition. The battery lasts all day and there is still battery life left at the end of the day when I'm ready to take it off. It came with a charging cable, but it doesn't fit any of the bricks that I have. I have to charge it from my laptop. I don't think that it is the same manufacturer's cable as Samsung, and the watch doesn't charge from my previous watch's wireless charger. Other than that, I love the watch.
