The headphones are great! They really are a “like-new” product. Everything works, they’re comfortable, and are honestly one of the best pairs of headphones I’ve ever had. The only thing is I wish I knew it just was the headphones. I didn’t get the aux wire, or the plane adapter, or the carrying case. It makes sense since they are refurbished but I wish I got some of the og stuff.

The headphones came in earlier than expected, which is great! Although they were refurbished they were packed like new and even included a case, new ear pads, protective stickers, a charger, and an aux chord. Premium quality for sure. No scratches no BS

I had never heard of Back Market until my partner told me about them. I'm so happy I bought these! They're in perfect condition and it makes me feel more conscientious as a consumer to buy refurbished and to give tech new life instead of buying something new for the sake of it being new. Highly recommend Back Market and buying refurbished!

The headphones are great. Good quality for a good price. My only complaint is that you need an app in order to use them, instead of it just connecting like any other pair would. This can be such an inconvenience for when you have to use other devices that may not support the app, like a laptop.

Good headphones for the price, but lots of noise leakage. The bass is also pretty mid. For the price tho amazing quality and general sound but if you can I would save up an extr 40$ and get a better pair!

Personally, this was my first order with BackMarket. In the past my partner had bought us some home appliances from BM and those are still working great. These headphones are no exception - they look completely brand new and work well. I was a bit disappointed that the headphones didn't come with the carrying case or an aux cord - from other reviews it seems like those are sometimes included. Not a huge issue, but I wish it would be stated on the product that you may or may not receive the additional accessories. Otherwise, I am happy with my purchase and the price was unbeatable.

The headphones work very well and came charged. I used them for an entire week before I needed to charge them again. The sound is loud and the headphones fold up so you can put them in your bag. I often wearing them on my head with the muffs off my ears so I can have conversations and can still hear my music. Awesome headphones for the price.

Ive had these headphones for a good 2 years and I’ve put them through everything with me. I’ve took them to sleep, the gym, to school, through graduation, hour long roadtrips, the beach etc. I have loved these headphones from the first day I got them and im sad that I finally had to let these go. These headphones I wore 24/7 and they did not die on me the times I really counted on them. The music these headphones could handle was amazing. I loved that I can make the bass as loud and quiet as I wanted too. My music taste is all over the place and there’s times were the bass is and is not necessary! Other then that these headphones are affordable and amazing for its price.

These headphones are really good for the budget and the noise cancellation is really noticeable, the only con about these are that they’re more on-ear than over-ear and makes your ears hurt if you wear them nonstop for a while.
