Can't recommend Back Market enough!! I really love my Garmin watch and every other product I've bought from Back Market. I wasn't sure if I'd like having a Garmin watch, so I didn't want to buy one from a site or third party that did not offer returns, refunds, or guarantees. Along with the fact that people on Facebook Marketplace were selling damaged Garmins for more money, Back Market seemed like the best choice, and it was! I've recommended others to Back Market as well and it's been wonderful experiences all around. Items often arrive early, and you can get package precise tracking (nobody wants valuable tech just sitting out on their doorstep). All of their devices come neatly packed with compatible speedy chargers. My one wish would be that the Garmin watch came with a display protector/screen protector. Their website is easy to navigate and they don't send obnoxious marketing emails. 10/10.

Very good price for a garmin smartwatch. It works very well, only complaint is that the battery life is around 3 days compared to 7, understandable since this is refurbished. Health and gps stats are relatively accurate and I’ve been enjoying using the new device!

Watch and sensors work great. Battery health is not 100%, but I’m finding some ways to optimize battery usage to only need to charge twice a week. Charges very fast.

It's exactly what I was looking for as a replacement for one that my husband lost last year. Working great and looks brand new!

I love love love my Garmin smart watch. When my screen started dimming and fading I was worried where I would find a replacement for this discontinued model. Not only did Back Market have it in stock but it was at a STEAL of a price!! It came super quickly and came with the charger (USB-A, which was AMAZING since my original USB-A charger broke and the replacement I ordered was USB-C… causing me to constantly fight with the charging brick between that and my phone charger…. So having a USB-A charger again is AMAZING). I am just beyond ecstatic to have gotten this watch, and I will 100% be checking back market before I buy another electronic device for their prices. 🙏🏼🙏🏼

I received the item in better than expected condition - literally like new (and I'm picky)! Unfortunately the item was too small and did not offer the bands I prefer in a compatible size. When I returned the item, I was given full credit from iSave and so I can only recommend them in the highest regard!

The appearance is OK, without signs of use. The only thing I noticed is not stable battery work. In -25 after 15 minutes of GPS activity it just turned off... Watches were on my wrist under coat. I didn't experience the same problem with previous generation vivoactive watches I had.

Arrived rapidly, like within 2 days of purchase, and in downright STELLAR condition. It's working great so far!
