The back of the phone arrived white rather than orange, though with an orange button for custom build.I am however very happy with the quality and availability.

the phone arrived in a timely manner and was in great condition physically. sadly it came with the bootloader unlocked preventing me from using for essential tasks in day to day life. apparently it's a fixable software issue but I've never encountered something like this shopping from back market or other refurbishing sites so overall I'm quite disappointed. on top of this the return process has been drawn out and I will probably end up selling it on my own. 2/5

This is the third pixel phone where the calling just craps out. And, returning it while being without a phone for 7 days is not a realistic option. I have loved back market but the recent spate of dud phone make it not worth it anymore I think unless you can replace the phone and then I can send in the broken one.

This was the worst experience really I’ve ever had withh a phone from goingg to boost mobilee to AT&T then finallly to the phones carrier to find out the thing doesn’t work smh I hope I cann get a replacement I justy sent the phone back in. I should have bought an iPhone 12 with the money I spent on SIM cards and prepaid plans

This is not an unlocked device, and it's boot loader is locked which is the only reason I obtained it and cannot be unlocked at all. I should have went with the oneplus phone that was 2x newer and half the cost.

I bought this phone two years ago. The original listing said it's fully unlocked. Two days ago, I'm trying to switch carriers and it says it's locked with AT&T. Ok... so I go to submit an unlock request, and now it says this phone has been reported to be lost or stolen. So now what? I'm stuck with a phone that is not what they said it is and can't do anything about it.

Phone lasted about 14 months, now screen brightness is dying. Will only go to 4%. Regardless, still good value so I am going for a Pixel 6.
