I got my previous phone from Back Market and was really pleased with customer service and the phone itself. I got an upgrade and am happy with the results. I didn't expect the new phone to be smaller but that's neither here or there.

I’ve used Back Market and like most companies, the company evolved; I think what Back Market is doing to positively impact digital waste is incredible but this experience had a difference that I’m guessing is part of their evolution, I.e., the trade in process. The process after sending in my phone was a total and complete miss. I did not realize that the process now requires providing bank account and social security number information. My quote was for $10 and came back with an offer of $1. I clicked the link in the email to decline the offer with hopes of adding a note to just keep it and discard of it responsibly but every time the link gave a reply message suggesting “oops. Something went wrong.” I later received an email stating that my’no reply’ was considered an acceptance of the offer and my $1 would be deposited into my account. Obviously, that hasn’t and won’t happen because my reply never went through and you don’t have my bank credentials. All said, my grade is for the process failure and not the product. I don’t use the phone very much. It’s not connected to a service provider. I only use it to cast to my smart tvs using my home internet. It keeps me from tying up...

If you can get refurbished Asus Zenfone 8, 9, or 10 that would be excellent!!

So far this phone has been great. super easy to set up, especially since is Google pixel. even if it's a 4 I've heard good things. I'm very please with my purchase.

I thought the damage was going to be a little less, but Verizon still accepted my trade so all good.

I bought this as an early christmas gift, along with an iphone for my wife, and I am impressed. I didn't see any blemishes or marks on the phone, no old software, and no glitches thus far.

I purchased this phone two months ago in anticipation of my current phone dying. Upon receipt of the refurbished Pixel 4a, I had no issues setting up the phone except there is no IMEI number associated with the phone. In the settings there is no IMEI number. I took the phone to Verizon and they couldn't tell me why there wasn't an IMEI number. The sim card in my current phone I am still using, works with a very old phone I still have so it's not a SIM card issue. I tried resetting the phone but the same issue remains: there is no IMEI number in the phone settings. I've submitted a help ticket through your website; if they are unable to find a solution I expect a new Pixel 4a to be sent since you sold a refurbished phone with no IMEI number. I will be happy to resubmit a new review should if my issues are properly resolved.

The phone has been fantastic so far, only problem I have is a slight warping on the front camera lens. But otherwise the phone runs perfectly and I've had zero problems thus far.

The back of the phone had some pretty heavy signs of use, but the screen looks good and the phone works fine.
