phone arrived in excellent looking condition, but when powered on had screen issues and fingerprint sensor didn't work. Was obviously not refurbished properly.

The phone is in mint condition. It was originally a Verizon phone but has been unlocked. The screen has been replaced with a premium-quality one. However, the fingerprint scanner was not calibrated, which I discovered when setting up the phone. I fixed it right away using the Google website. Everything else is perfect, including the battery and camera. this is my second purchase from Cellfee and 4th overall from Back market.

I bought a "fair" Pixel 6 pro. When I pulled it out of the box I immediately saw two scratches on the screen. After charging and turning phone on you can't see the scratches when phone is on. The phone is fast, camera is amazing and everything works great. I am very impressed with my first Google pixel and the process of purchase from Back Market. I have already been telling others how easy the process was and received the phone in two days. Will definitely be purchasing from Back Market again.

I ordered an unlocked phone. I received a phone with an eSIM connected to another carrier and therefore could not connect my phone to my carrier. Base line is that this is not the phone I ordered. Their solution was for me to ‘simply’ return the phone and order a replacement. I love my google pixel, that is the phone I’d like to repurchase. But I can’t filter what distributor I buy from. So my only option is to reorder from the distributor that messed my order up to begin with. Really? Absolutely ridiculous. The customer service has been top notch but it’s been a huge headache trying to figure this out. Don’t sell a locked phone as unlocked? It’s simple as that. I’m frustrated and annoyed. Wish they held their distributors accountable, they’ll continue to do this until there are consequences for their actions. So over it.

I am quite happy with the process which was straightforward. I'm happy with my Google Pixel Pro 6. It has no visible scratches or any other markers of usage. It's just like a new phone.

I would probably give it a 4.5 but since there's no option I'm giving it a 4, solely for the reason that it had a chip on the corner of the screen that you can feel when you run your fingers in that area, & it looks like the screen is wanting to protrude out in a way in that area, not a huge issue but definitely noticeable considering I ordered it in excellent condition. I am however happy with it thus far only having it a couple weeks & it came very quickly, before estimated time of arrival so 4-4.5 stars. The chip in the corn of the screen takes off at least half a star to a star depending on the person.

The device which I purchased (fair condition) was pretty good functionally!! however, there were couple of scratches which unexpected & few scratches (deep ones which I didn't expect) however, most importantly the device works well. I appreciate the back market customer service support keep up the good work! I ordered another phone ( moto edge 2021- 8/256) since it was a great experience. Highly recommended to get phones from here !!
