Was super hesitant. Probably read every single review on the website I was so nervous about buying a refurbished phone. It was a Christmas gift for my mom and she loves it. No scratches, charges completely and works like a charm. Stop thinking about it and just do it.

Totally pleased and beyond satisfied with my Google Pixel 6 purchase, it's clean AF and b better than what I expected coming from a refurbished company. I F'N love it and thank you for doing what you do.

Got my unlocked, refurbished Pixel 6 about a week ago. It arrived earlier than promised. Looks like new. I transferred apps, etc from my Pixel 3 via direct cable. Activated the phone with my carrier by transferring the SIM card (eSIM did not work but it seems to be a carrier issue). Some apps did not transfer with all data but I think that's an app issue (Outlook for Android for example). It's only been a short time but everything is looking great. Major savings over buying a brand new phone.

I really like this phone. Everything works and I really like all the small features. I'm a big believer that even the small details count. I'm glad I found back market because it's a gem. I need to save money and when I bought this phone I felt so happy. I've been tellin everyone where I got my phone and about the visible phone plan .

I was very surprised about the quick shipping and the phone I chose in good condition looked like a brand new phone! Have had no issues with it at all! I highly recommend Backmarket and already referred friends and family to them!

This is the second time I've used Back Market both times were quick and easy. After researching the phones I'm very happy with the Google Pixel that I purchased. Unfortunately, my old phone was obsolete for a trade-in but it seemed to be a straightforward process.

I upgraded to a Pixel 6 from a Moto G5 Stylus I had gotten in 2019. After almost 6 years, the battery started depleting rapidly, not to mention it was on Android 12. Now I have the Pixel 6 and I have it on the mode where it only carges to 80% and it lasts roughly as long as my old phone with the battery issues, which is a little disappointing, but it is what it is. At least I have Android 15 and will be supported until Android 17. Overall happy with the purchase.

Overall happy. My device shipped within the time frame given. Only flaws so far is that only one of the speakers seems to work, and the charging port is sensitive -- it doesn't always register that a charger is plugged in. But seems acceptable given the price point :)

The Pixel 6 charged up and worked. I successfully transferred my SIM from my other phone. Now everything worked except I could not receive or call out. Texting in and out worked. When I tried to call, I got a message that my service provider was temporarily not available. Finally I found that the phone was set on 5G. When I changed it to LTE, it worked fine. It would have been helpful to have an instruction on this possibility included with the phone.
