Got my unlocked, refurbished Pixel 6 about a week ago. It arrived earlier than promised. Looks like new. I transferred apps, etc from my Pixel 3 via direct cable. Activated the phone with my carrier by transferring the SIM card (eSIM did not work but it seems to be a carrier issue). Some apps did not transfer with all data but I think that's an app issue (Outlook for Android for example). It's only been a short time but everything is looking great. Major savings over buying a brand new phone.

This is the second time I've used Back Market both times were quick and easy. After researching the phones I'm very happy with the Google Pixel that I purchased. Unfortunately, my old phone was obsolete for a trade-in but it seemed to be a straightforward process.

The phone came on time even though I didn't expect it to since it was coming from Florida. I ordered a fair phone and it looks brand new. So far the phone is working as it should and honestly has no major scratches or anything on the phone. I would buy from this company again without issues.

I was exporting this phone to another country, and I have received it exactly one month later. I selected the good condition, and I ended up receiving a really clean phone on the outside.My only problem was that the bottom left speaker isn't working.

I was very skeptical when purchasing a phone on back market just because a unlocked phone says it's unlocked. Doesn't mean it will work with all carriers. However, I was very surprised and quite slightly shocked that when I received my phone it almost looked like a brand new Google pixel 6 pro. And compared to the price that I paid for the phone talk about a steal. Something more than a deal I got on this device. It runs smooth. It's beautiful. However, finding screen protectors might be a little frustrating for me at least after going through three screen protectors that said they were for Google pixel 6 pro but did not fit the Google 6 pro. But that did not stop me because I was able to find the right size screen protector. Let's just say I'm very more than happy with my device and the choice I used when it came to purchasing a device from backmarket.

I love the products available at Black Market. I loved my Google Pixel 5. This recent purchase is a Google Pixel 6. The apps are working fine. I am concerned about the battery life which does not last a full day when fully charged. Still looking for solutions after following all the help suggestions recommended by Back Market's online support articles.

battery life is a bit underwhelming, but I couldn't say if that's just the Google Pixel or back market. Overall even at fair quality the phone looked great, and everything has been working fine without issues a week after arriving. packaging could be better though.

Phone received was in excellent condition, arrived quickly, and everything BUT the single most imporant aspect needed was delivered, The critical feature needed was an OEM unlocked phone. What was sent was a Carrier unlocked phone (a Verizon unlocked phone was delivered). The former (typically a Google Edition) can be bootloader unlocked which is required in order to install an alternative, more private & secure mobile OS such a GrapheneOS, whereby the latter can be used with any carrier but likely OEM unlocking can NOT be enabled in setup meaning your are stuck with a Google bloat and spyware tracking device. Who in their rightly informed mind wants that?

I upgraded to the 6 from my 3A XL. Overall happy with it but a couple of things are issues for me: The big deal issue for me is the total crap performance of the screen-based fingerprint scanner. I wind up having to enter my PIN 80% of the time! That's correct, absolutely no exaggeration: 4 out of 5 attempts to unlock my damn phone don't succeed. I wish I could cut & paste the scanner from my old Pixel 3A XL onto the back of the 6. The 3A's scanner worked 99.9% of the time. The 6's FP screen-based scanner is a fine example of breaking something that didn't need fixing. Final comment about the Pixel 6 FP Scanner is that I wish I knew that the Pixel 6 Pro adds Face Unlock to the biometric options. The Pixel 6 lacks the correct front camera; I certainly would have bought the Pro if I had known. My other issue is the "scramled eggs" result when it came to migrating y digital life from the 3A XL to the 6. I got most of my stuff but Contacts & SMS Conversations are hit & miss. I used the direct cable connection and still am having to manually re-enter data & clean up the info. A nice Plus is that the 6 does have a battery that easily carries on for 2 days before a recharge; Based on ...
