The good news is the HP EliteDesk was delivered in great condition and fired right up. The only issue is the old Acer has Windows 11 and the refurbed has Windows 10 and Generation 6 processor which won't allow an 11 upgrade. I'm stuck and need help. Old Acer is fading fast. overall, great experience purchasing this item . the packaging was great! however The description of this item was not very thorough. many HP mini PCS like this one come in two different variants with higher or lower wattage. this model comes in a 35 W version and a 65 W version. I received a 65 W version. there might be a way to look up the processor and reverse engineer the wattage that way but I can't be sure about that without doing more research. I would much rather have received the 35 W version because the 65 W version is not compatible with the Nvidia GPU upgrade. it also consumes much more electricity. I'm not sure whether or not to keep it. I could find a use for it but it isn't ideal for the intended use for which I purchased it.

I've had this computer for a while now. almost a year at this point. Work beautifully. hHad to install a graphics card 3060 ti just perfectly fits. though the graphics card stabilizer had to be removed and I had to get a new one. but no harm no foul I should have done a bit more research. And I had to install a power unit that supports a graphics card but that was easy and cheaper than expected. other than that it works phenomenally and those issues weren't actually issues. Just modifications really.

best computer i've had thus far. the only thing i can say that is maybe an issue is the volume of the fan when running software or being on a site that requires a lot of juice. But definitely would buy again, Thank you guys!

When I first booted it up, it was Windows 10. I was a little confused because the description said Windows 11. But as I was setting it up, it did give an option to upgrade to Win 11. The upgrade went fine, and the system is working fine. Activated and upgraded with no problem. It is fast, small and compact. A really nice system. I highly recommend.

The order process was all right, but the estimated ship could have been more accurate along the way so that I could make a good decision if the purchased would arrive in time. As it turned out, we received the purchase today and I couldn't be happier. Thanks David

fast shipping and fulfillment speed. works and looks like brand new. never buying new tech again! works fast and great specs. doesnt take up too much space. would reccomend getting speakers as the built ins are not too loud but it still works as intended. only thing to note is this does not come with an HDMI port however it is customizable, and you can replace the port with hdmi for about 15$ or just buy an adapter/cord.

always a pleasure using back market. the item I purchased didn't fit my needs. it was a bit larger than my current mini PC, and the lack of an internal wifi adapter put me off that the USB adapter would occupy a USB I may need

The photo clearly shows an HDMI port but it arrived with a VGA one instead, causing me to scramble up a different cable connection than expected. Also noteworthy is that the description implies wifi is built in, but instead a wifi USB plug was included. I don't really mind and I'm glad they knew to provide it, but it's not quite what I had expected. Shipping was fast with good packaging and it booted up nicely with a clean Windows 10 install.
