    The good news is the HP EliteDesk was delivered in great condition and fired right up. The only issue is the old Acer has Windows 11 and the refurbed has Windows 10 and Generation 6 processor which won't allow an 11 upgrade. I'm stuck and need help. Old Acer is fading fast. I'll take any help I can get!1 Thanks Robert Harrison

    best computer i've had thus far. the only thing i can say that is maybe an issue is the volume of the fan when running software or being on a site that requires a lot of juice. But definitely would buy again, Thank you guys!

    Came in ahead of schedule. Has a CD/DVD player which I did not expect yet am very happy about. Thank goodness it had the bluetooth plugin for internet - worked impeccably. Will order products again as I need to/recommend to others.
