The condition of this device is really great the only thing is there is a few light scratches on the screen other than that everything is great. iPad powers on and turns off without any problems. I would recommend checking out a refurbished tablet or iPad from BackMarket as they have really great deals and have very reasonable prices for the devices that they sell. Overall my recent order meets my expectations and I have no complaints

I was a little nervous to order a refurbished Ipad but it came in PERFECT condition. I ordered it in “excellent condition” and it came without a single scratch. Seriously looks brand new. In terms of its operation, I haven’t had a single issue. I saw some reviews about diminished battery life, but my battery has been great!!! Don’t hesitate to get something from BackMarket, they’re awesome

The iPads works perfectly! There is a small spot where the pixels are burnt out slightly and are brighter than the others, but it's honestly so unnoticeable and is probably to be expected shopping refurbished. I'm absolutely in love and have been drawing to my heart's content!

I've been looking for an iPad for a while and a friend told me about this site. The prices were better than other refurbished items elsewhere. I ordered this one and it arrived very quickly and was easy to set up - no issues at all. I've been using it for a few days and battery life is going well. Overall. The site is great! I love that it’s easy to understand, it has many options and price ranges, plus the grading system is very helpful. I was able to purchase an iPad, Magic Keyboard, and Apple Pencil all for less than the new retail price of the iPad alone! Plus being able to trade in my old device is awesome. I have been looking at it for a while as I considered a purchase between a laptop or going for an iPad, I ended up with the latter. The color I wanted was only in ‘good’ condition but I have to say good is really great! I found only one small indent in a bottom corner that is hardly noticeable and the rest of the device is immaculate.

The packaging definitely could’ve had more cushioning but the iPad is so crisp super clean not even a scratch and i bought the good quality one not even the excellent and it came with a screen protector idk if that’s standard but i’m grateful. so, my experience could have went really well or really badly. i felt the need to write this review because fortunately, i am happy to say my experience went well. the ordering process was straight forward and prices were competitive. i waited for my iPad, but when it came I was very disappointed with the quality. i was under the impression that my iPad would have been in a better condition and felt disillusioned. so, i put in a return request and messaged back market customer service. i was a little frustrated but the team was very helpful throughout the process, and although i did not directly contact the seller, they resolved my issue and sent me a suitable replacement immediately. i write this review with a like new iPad that i got at a good price, thanks to the back market and koala stash team.

I love the new iPad right after opening the box it looked brand new only downside was I got sent the wrong cord for charging so I’ll need to buy one since my phone is on a charging pad not big enough for the tablet. I love the look of this tablet and how light weight it is
