I've been looking for an iPad for a while and a friend told me about this site. The prices were better than other refurbished items elsewhere. I ordered this one and it arrived very quickly and was easy to set up - no issues at all. I've been using it for a few days and battery life is going well. I am very happy with my purchase and will order more items from this site in the future.

The packaging definitely could’ve had more cushioning but the iPad is so crisp super clean not even a scratch and i bought the good quality one not even the excellent and it came with a screen protector idk if that’s standard but i’m grateful. I have nothing bad to say about this refurbished iPad. Feels like I bought a brand new iPad Air. The delivery was fast.

so far it’s in great condition and I love it!!, the only thing is I did order a rose gold but got green instead, not a big deal but definitely odd since it’s advertised rose gold. As well it didn’t come with a factory apple charger but a charger was at least provided. It runs great with no problems

Came in super fast!! I’m in love with the color! I bought it with a “fair condition” but there wasn’t any visible marks on the surface and the system ran super fast! Like brand new! I’m excited to draw more digitally with it, thank you again!!

The iPad was in good condition aside from a few scratches on the screen that were visible upon closer inspection. There was a small dent on the top left corner but overall it looks pretty new. Everything is working perfectly and I really appreciated the accuracy in shipping time. I did choose excellent condition which I don't think the scratches and small dent were really implied to be under that but instead should have been labeled as fair. Since I put a cover over it anyway I am not too worried about it but be wary that though it may be labeled as "excellent" is may still have a dent and visible scratches.

I never heard of Back Market so I was hesitant at first about buying my iPad here, needless to say it came in excellent condition and I absolutely love it! I did have trouble signing it at first because there was a small glitch on the language screen, but once I got past that, I haven’t had any issues. I got the green iPad Air 2020 and it’s great. Highly recommend buying here rather than Amazon or eBay.

iPad came in on time and works perfectly fine no issues whatsoever except with the charger cord and brick they sent with it. They were pretty bad, so bad that they weren’t even charging the iPad after 45 mins of having it connected. Stayed on a constant 21% charge. So I had to purchase a brick and charger on Amazon. Literally the only thing holding this review from a 5 star.

Came super quickly. Came with a screen protector already on it which is nice! Everything works perfectly, it has a tiny dent on the back you can barely even tell. It also has two tiny scratches on the back which you can also barely even see especially with a clear case on. Also came with a six foot fast charger! I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase and will definitely be buying more in the future!
