First time ordering off BackMarket! And I’m nothing but shocked at how amazing this site is! My iPad is in near perfect condition and I bought it in good condition! So overall I’m very happy with my purchase

It looks like new it was fairly dusty when I got it which worried me but after I cleaned it it looks brand new! The power cord is not an apple one I don't know if it works I haven't needed to plug it in yet.

LOVE IT! Ordered this iPad and an Apple Pencil and it came in time and in the condition requested. The only problem I had was the charger they sent. The box charger was dirty. But other than that I have no complaints.

Love my IPad Air 5. Ended up ordering an Apple Pencil as well. Came super fast in the mail, unscathed.

No visible scratches or dents.. transfer and set up went as usual for apple products.. seamlessly. Thanks!

iPad is in excellent condition and I’m excited to start playing around with it! Unfortunately I was sent the wrong color (Starlight instead of Space gray), but that isn’t enough of a drawback to exchange for another item. Receiving the wrong color is the only reason I’m deducting a star at this time.

The screen has held up well, with barely any scratches visible. The iPad also performs great. The only downside is the battery life. It was powered off when I received it, and it took about two hours to fully charge, it didn't last more than a day and a half without use. I tried turning the iPad off when I wasn't using it, but it was dead again when I tried to turn it on the next day.

They sent the wrong model, instead of sending iPad air they sent me a older iPad 10th generation. I was in an emergency and their mistake costed me precious days. I love back market otherwise. But this was a very costly mistake for me.

At first I had to adjust to no home button. Often confused about how it worked compared to my Ipad. So I search the net for a demo and have learned how to use it. I also created a home button icon for use. It is a nifty improvement and I am extremely happy with the change. This is our third Air. The other two have lightning port issues. Happy with USBC port.
