So far so good. I just received this refurbed Gen 4 iPad mini a couple days ago. I'm primarily using it as a music streamer. It has ample storage for my Mp3 library. I also installed a couple of music streaming apps along with SiriusXM. The battery seems to hold a decent charge (5-6 hours under normal use) so far for its age. Hopefully the internal flash drive holds up for the extensive use this iPad mini will be getting. This is my second purchase on BackMarket. Since my first transaction and purchase went great, I decided to come back. If you're in the market for some tech like a tablet, and you want to find a good deal and are open to acquiring a used item, give BackMarket a shot. Read the seller reviews and do your research before buying a refurbished item. With all that, I've found BackMarket to offer a good buyer experience.

My son loves his tablet, delivery process was really smooth and easy. Tablet arrived fully charged and ready to be set up. When it came there was no visible signs of it being refurbished. I love it and will definitely be ordering more products soon

This iPad mini fits in my purse and provides distraction when I have to wait. My only complaint is that the battery runs down very fast, but that is the same as my old mini. The price was very reasonable and I am a happy consumer. Thank you.

I bought the iPad in gold in excellent condition with 128 gigabyte storage. One thing i did noticed was a tiny dent near the volume buttons but it’s hardly noticeable. But other than that everything was looking good. There was no scratches on the screen. Camera quality isn’t bad for being a 9 year old iPad. Everything on the iPad works almost like brand new. I am happy to say that I’m happy with my purchase and I really recommend buying anything on this app.

Very happy with the iPad so far. I have not yet been using it for a week. It would have been a lot easier to load directly from my previous iPad mini 4 if this new one did not have anything already loaded on it. I had expected to be able to place the two iPads side by side and instantly be up and running. Instead, it took me quite sometime until I realized I needed to erase everything off my new iPad before starting the transfer.

the battery just sucks seriously bad. i ordered another ipad from another seller in excellent condition but turned out to be worse off. But i have delt with back market on many occasions so I know they will replace what I have with a better one

Everything is good the only thing is that description is not accurate the iPad say wi-fi+ LTE the one you guys send me is only wi-fi I went to the store to put internet service and they say the iPad is Wi-Fi only so I am not happy about that

At first I am hesitant to buy refurbish product since it is my first time to buy from this shop, but the unit arrive its like a new one. I will buy again in the future.
