I bought a refurbished iPad mini 2021 from Back Market and I am very impressed with the quality and service. The iPad was labeled good condition but it looked brand new with no scratches or dents. It also came with AppleCare until October, which is a nice bonus. The only issue I had was that the vendor sent me the wrong cable, but they quickly resolved it and sent me the correct one in less than a week. The customer service was friendly and helpful. I am very happy with my purchase and I would definitely buy from Back Market again. Highly recommended!

(a little lengthy, but worth the read for first time buyers) First and Foremost, I have been wanting to buy from BackMarket for the past year. I heard about them through (TikTok), so you can see where my hesitation was when purchasing. However I've heard nothing but exceptional stuff, plus I believe in reading/leaving reviews on any and everything I purchase. I have been looking at the (purple Ipad mini) and decided to just go ahead and purchase. (I checked out using Klarna so I pay in installment plans). I also sold my Ipad back to them as well, since they were offering money on items you no-longer use. The process was smooth and flawless. I ordered it about a week ago, and it was delivered to me through FED-EX. I chose the flawless condition, and went it arrived I was astonished! It look brand-spanking new, even though I know its a refurbished item. Once I received the Ipad, the next day, I printed out the shipping label and shipped my Ipad to BackMarket through (UPS). It arrived to them shortly (about 3 days on a Wednesday, I shipped it off Saturday). It took about 1-day for them to inspect it, to make sure it was in flawless condition. Great service; the unit is in great condition- no complaints for the ipad itself. The only issue I had was that the charger did not work. The usbc cord worked but not the charging brick. Other than this I am satisfied with the purchase (5 star otherwise).

I’m not sure if it’s the supplier or if UPS was on the stuff but it came 4 days early!!!! That’s so freaking awesome ❤️❤️❤️I will forever use the site and recommend any and everyone here.

The second device I've bought from here and a 9/10 experience! I also bought an apple pen to go with it, but waiting on that one. The main reason I gave this a 9/10 is because instead of a normal apple wall brick, they sent me a third party brick that sparked when I put it in the wall to test it. I do plan to email them and ask what is going on, but everything else was perfect!

Item came packaged very well! The condition of this iPad was essentially brand new! The screen has no marks or anything on it. The back of the iPad also has no marks. It works perfectly fine and I feel like I got this for a really good price on here. I’m really happy with my purchase overall! My only concern is that I can feel it overheat but that is typical with any Apple products that I own. With that said, I will clarify that the battery life on my iPad is really good! My friend even asked if it ever dies because I watched Hulu on it all day and night and it didn’t die out! It did come with its own charging cable. Love love my new iPad
