iPad came almost fully charged ! I am upgrading from the iPad Mini 6 to a Pro, and at first glance I love the bigger screen. The iPad just needed to be updated and all my data transferred over seamlessly. I ordered the iPad in Excellent Condition and you wouldn't even be able to tell that it was Refurbished. It looks practically brand new. Definitely will be buying from Back Market again !!

iPad came on time. In beautiful shape. I'm using it for business purposes, and needed it because it has FaceId. I didn't need any other bells or whistles. I'm glad I was able to find a 2020 model! Thank you!

It was easy to set up. Everything seems to be working. It was in good physical shape. The battery is working fine. I don’t have any complaints. This is probably my sixth or seventh time I purchased from back market. Every time was easy and without hassle. Thank you.

I’m so in love! I originally had the very first iPad Pro (2015) model, so I was in desperate need of an upgrade. The difference between my old one and this one is like night and day. It came very well packaged to make sure it got to me safely, and even still has a screen protector on it (even through I had already bought some for it!)

Was listed as good I think and it’s practically new, I don’t see a scratch on it. It’s in perfect working order and came really fast. Price was competitive considering there’s a warranty which you don’t usually get from eBay.

Everything up to receiving iPad was fine. Unable to completely load backup. About 200mg( or whatever they’re called) didn’t load after three days. Unable to download a couple of apps. Spent so much time trying to resolve issues, gave up and sent it back.. This being my only negative experience with Back Market.

This item arrived quickly and was as described. I felt it was a good price for it and was happy with the price offered for my trade-in iPad. Would recommend Back Market as opposed to buying brand new!
