The IPad Pro 12.9” unit I purchased was exactly what I had hoped it would be. The refurbished Generation 2 (2017) unit shipped fast (arrived a couple of days ahead of delivery estimate) and was packaged well. The condition of the IPad was like new. I am more than happy with the purchase!

No visible damage anywhere on the ipad and it works great!!! This was a life saver because i needed the largest ipad I could get for the lowest price and getting an older refurbished model worked perfectly! Would recommend. Here’s a photo of my boyfriend being an ipad kid on it :)

For Nursing students or any student who wants to buy an iPad for a reasonable price, I suggest you purchase one here! It came with a short charger but I just ended up buying my own. Oh another thing, mine already came with a screen protector on it and not the cheap kind!

I love my ipad. I wanted to use it for a couple of weeks before writing my review but this is definitely a very duarable product. Battery life is great Comes clean without any defect and it’s very responsive Thank you back market

It arrived earlier than I expected. I did have to hard restart the iPad when it first arrived because it did have a few glitches like the touch screen didn’t work. Also, I was having difficulty with the accessibility. But after a hard rest, it worked perfectly fine. I am content with my purchase. I would also note, the iPad does get warm pretty quickly so I’m glad I bought the insurance they offered.

The iPad was cleaned and packaged safely. Unfortunately, it did have some scuffs at the sides but regardless, they are barely noticeable, especially if a hard case is on. Screen is without any scratches.

I’m very pleased with my new old iPad. It works beautifully and came in excellent condition as ordered. The charging cord that came with it is puny and cheap and will only serve as emergency back up. My first iPad was a 9.7 and came with a fast charging set. That’s the only thing that disappoints.

Outstanding service. Easy to choose which model I wanted and shipping was spot on. The best part was the condition. I know this might not apply to every single item purchased through Backmarket, but the condition was vastly underrated. The iPad was immaculate. The small scratches on the peremiter could only be made out with very strong glasses.I also appreciate the year warranty. You can buy from marketplace, Craigslist or offer up, but you get what you get. If it dies 2 weeks later, you wil be pretty darn sad.
