I chose to buy the iPhone 11 pro max in fair condition and with the new battery. To my surprise, the iPhone arrived brand new, I had no reaction because I didn't expect to receive the smartphone in this condition, I expected to receive a refurbished iPhone, but to my surprise I received a brand new one, or else this seller's work on refurbishing is so perfect that the equipment arrived new with 100% incredible battery life, simply incredible, so far I'm amazed at the quality of this iPhone. Heyyy everybody, so I recently got a gold iPhone 11 Pro Max and I'm really happy with it overall. The camera quality is incredibly clear, which is definitely my favorite feature. The phone is in great condition with no scratches or anything. There is one part of the iPhone that isn't genuine, but it still works perfectly, so I don't mind at all. One issue I've encountered is that I can't send voice messages on iMessage because they sound windy, but I can send voice messages on all other apps without any problems. Talking on the phone is also fine. Despite this minor issue, I love my phone. The picture quality is amazing and the size is just right for me.

I ordered excellent condition and the phone is in excellent condition. Just like new. The phone has a genuine iPhone display, good battery health, no scratches, it is clean and I'm very happy with my purchase! You never know what you will get when you get a refurbished phone but I'm glad I chose this seller!

Within a couple of weeks of receiving the phone, the back camera stopped working. I contacted customer service, was asked to send the phone back, and a new (refurbished) phone was sent immediately. No prevaricating, no discussion, case closed. I will continue using Back Market.

I purchased this iPhone 11 Plus Max for a relative with vision and other medical conditions, who is in a nursing home, so that he can more easily communicate with family and friends. He is somewhat active as many of his friends and family will visit, or take him out often, so "communication" is important! With it's large screen size and the use of some of the Accessibility features that 1) announce calls, and 2) to adjust font size so he can see what's on the screen VERY well. The larger screen size is a really great improvement over the iPhone 7 he was using. He had enabled Siri on his old phone, but this time we added the facial recognition feature, to helps him navigate the phone with a greater level of ease than before. And since 7 is no longer supported we wanted to make this change before experiencing problems. Of course, transfering old data from the old iPhone is easy from one iPhone to another. For extra measure, I found him a charging cable that lights up from one end to the other when plugged in which was a great addition considering his vision challenges. I was in the market in shopping to upgrade my old phone. When I was about to place my order from I didn’t hesitate. I got it before the expected delivery date. The quality was immaculate. And I know going forwards all my electronics will be ordered from Backmarket.

This is not a paid review, loyalty customer out of Atlanta, Ga. My daughter is pleased. The phone arrived on time. I’ve always shop with backmarket because of the reliability of the devices. I had 1 bad experience but out of buying over 7 items through out the years, this store is my only option. It’s true device advertisement. Will continue to shop until I can’t anymore.

Everything came on time , phone is in great condition for a fair phone. some scratches here and there but i’ll have a phone case on it so i’m not bothered ! very nice for if you’re ballin on a budget and don’t feel like going through your provider to get a new phone. thanks backmarket!
