The purchase was super easy, shipping was fast and arrived before Christmas. Phone wasn’t pristine by any means, but being a used refurbished phone, it was in great shape. The only reason I am giving 4 stars, is when I started to set up the phone (copied from my daughters phone since it was a gift for her) there was a message that popped up that said something like “Display can’t be verified by Apple” (maybe different verbiage). It still works fine but it was repaired with non Apple parts and I really don’t care about that.my problem was that I had to read the FAQ’s to find out what it meant. If it’s in the fine print somewhere the. I must have missed it. Overall, great purchase and will most likely purchase from BackMarket in the future.

I haven't carried an iPhone for years and never a personal (vs work-issued) one, though I've bought them for family members. I just got my first set of hearing aids and had trouble pairing them with my android phones, so iPhone for the win! Worked like a charm. It arrived in very good condition (it was not explicit that it was refurbished but given the value pricing and age of the model it was more or less assumed), on the expected date and works perfectly. My only complaint is that when bought knew I understand they come with earbuds or at least the lightning -> aux connector for same, this did not.

Everything was as expected for a refurbished phone. Works good cameras are good only problem I faced with this phone is the microphone for some odd reason it works perfectly fine on instagram calls voice memos/messages but on calls with my service provider all the other person hears is a lot of noise like if I’m in a hurricane a lot of wind and rain sounds

A buddy of mine told me to checkout backmarket… at first I didn’t know what to expect and was a bit skeptic… however after everything arrived I couldn’t be anymore happy… back market came through for me on everything from customer service to my trade-in as well as sent me a great quality “new” refurbished phone that I’m very pleased with… would highly recommend backmarket and I’m looking forward to my next purchase.

My iPhone 11 arrived quickly and an excellent condition. After setting up the transfer from my old phone, I noticed that sometimes I press the screen up in the top left corner and nothing happens sometimes elsewhere, but I wasn't sure if this is an iOS glitch or a hardware issue. I put it in the protective case and put the screen protector on and rub out all the air, and then I noticed what looked like a scratch on the top of the screen. One of my students said that it looked like it had a crack so I removed the protective plastic, and noticed that there was indeed a thin crack on the upper part of the screen. I had my old iPhone for five years with not a single crack.

I ordered on the 2nd, and it’s the 6th. Four days, so quick. I got the Fair in the IPhone 11 black and you can barely see the scratches, it was charged to 98% when turned on. The phone was real easy to set up, and very easy to put in my Sims card, work perfectly fine on my service and everything is transferred

This iphone was an "excellent condition" that was a repurchase for a another iphone 11 in "excellent condition" that was returned (speaker problem). This one has an ear speaker problem. It seems that your better off buying in "good condition" rather than excellent because maybe they try a little hard to make sure the "good condition" passes your approval.

I wanted the iPhone 11 in excellent condition. I had purchased one from another site that was described as "like new" and was anything but. I had good luck shopping here before so I watched the iPhone 11 page until the price and condition met my criteria. Then I read seller reviews for that phone, which were 84% positive. 2-day shipping turned into most of a week, but the phone was pristine which made me smile. And the price was the lowest by far I'd seen for excellent. The screen and battery were original but the battery health was 79%, lower than I hoped. But since the 11 has a honking big battery it should easily last all day. I'd mention the seller but they went poof from Back Market. But do read the seller reviews and bios. Good ones will tell you about testing and quality control and customer satisfaction.

The phone works great. Like brand new! The battery is annoying because it drains fast but the iphone 11 is an older one so i’m not shocked. The sides and camera of the phone were a little more scratched then i would have expected for an “excellent” quality phone but i can’t bruce it with a case. Overall great experience though!
