It's my Second time ordering refurbished and I'm happy with my purchase and experience! The phone exceeds expectations and so far no issues. Only had the "Display not recognised" message, but other than that its works immaculately. Tracking was easy to follow and it arrived on time

The iPhone 12 Pro, I ordered arrived on time as promised. It functioned and looked perfect. But with a notification from Settings that the display and camera were not genuine Apple parts. I guess because it is refurbished but I thought they use Apple parts for refurbishing. Apparently not always. As of yet all wroks perfectly. So no real complaint there though genuine Apple parts would have made it more "genuine"

This is my first time ever buying a refurbished iPhone from Back Market and my experience has been very wonderful! I ordered my iPhone 12 Pro (upgrade from the iPhone 12, always wanted a Pro just couldn’t afford one, until now) on 9th of July and just received it today 11th of July, super fast shipping and delivery! So far the phone is amazing. Just got it set up and ready to go. I got it in excellent condition and it truly is in excellent condition, I only seen one little mark on it! It came from Wireless Source from Back Market and they did amazing service, they even put a screen protector on it for me! I am truly impressed and very happy with my purchase and will definitely do another one when I need to upgrade to a new phone! Oh and the only thing is that the battery health is only 76%, wish it was more, but it is a used/refurbished phone. Thank you so very much!

I finally received my phone all the way in Kenya. I bought iPhone 12 Pro in excellent condition and I love it. The phone exceeds the expectations I had as I was skeptical about a refurbished phone. I ordered the iPhone 12 Pro in good condition. When I received the phone it looked great with very minor scratches on the screen and barely anything on the body. However, in further inspection I noticed the call speaker to look rough and when I tested the speaker it had a “buzzing” sound. It was obviously not functional as it should be. I also noticed the bottom speaker to have some damage as well. I immediately began the return to fix this issue and they sent me a new phone altogether. The speaker issue was fixed and the phone condition was basically the same as the other. Minor scratches and barely any body damage that I could see. I’m impressed with the customer service and how quick they were to help and send a new one. I do recommend checking the speakers with your refurbished phone before being 100% confident you don’t need to return!

I ordered the fair condition option and got a flawless iPhone 12 Pro! Not even the steel sides are scratched and the battery health is at 86 percent. Super impressed and wowed by the whole process. Thanks, Back Market and Trademore!

I appreciate how the iPhone 12 Pro was packed, no chance of breakage. Phone’s condition was better than I expected, like new. I’ve had it for over 2 weeks and haven’t had a single problem. I bought an iPhone from Back Market 4 years ago and was very happy with it as I am with my iPhone 12 Pro. I don’t feel the charging cord that came with the phone was of quality to use, perhaps even defective as it wouldn’t charge unless you held it in bent position. Still, I highly recommend Back Market.

I bought an iPhone 12 pro in the premium category, and it is absolutely flawless from scratches or anything. And the battery health is on 100 percent and is all genuine apple parts. This phone looks brand new.

Ordered phone with 90% battery and an aftermarket battery was installed with out telling me so now battery health won’t display. Had I known that I would have just had Apple do it and not paid extra for an aftermarket battery. Not fair to customer to do bait and switch like that. Thought I was getting iPhone with original battery over 90 percent left. So buyers beware. You can’t even call to ask these questions. At least you have 30 days return policy but what a hassle. Next time I’ll just get Apple refurbished and avoid the hassle.
