so far, I am overall impressed with my recent unlocked iPhone 12. my previous iPhone had a failing battery and I intend to trade it in to get a tiny amount of cash. and my overall intention of getting an unlocked iPhone 12 is for mobile videography and not to show off. the battery lifespan is at 88% 2% below 90. the battery life seems to hold up and I believe I have up to 3 years to get Apple's IOS updates.

I recently purchased a refurbished iPhone 12 in red from Back Market, and I’m thrilled with it. The device arrived in excellent condition, with a vibrant display and impressive performance. The battery life is solid, and the camera quality is outstanding. Overall, a fantastic purchase that exceeded my expectations.

I ordered the Back Market iPhone 12 (64GB - Green, Locked to AT&T) for my 9-year-old, and while the phone itself works fine, I was disappointed with the condition upon arrival. The phone arrived a day later than expected, which wasn’t a huge issue, but the real concern was how dirty it was. I understand this is a refurbished device, but I expected it to be properly cleaned before resale—especially after upgrading to the "Excellent" condition tier. Before even taking it out of the plastic bag, I could see visible dirt and crust on the device, which was appalling given the current focus on hygiene. For a company that sells pre-owned devices, basic cleanliness should be a priority. I would have rated higher if the phone had arrived as expected and in a sanitary condition. If you order from Back Market, be prepared to clean your device yourself before use.

I chose "good" condition and there were 2 chips on the iPhone, in the metal part of the phone not the screen. I guess that's what you get with a used phone tho. The phone itself works great and I am paying for $2.99 a month for insurance because it seems like it'll cover everything so I think that's a good deal. One thing I will say is the phone availability and price was changing pretty much daily and I did miss out on a better deal but that's ok I was dragging my feet on making the purchase bc it was the 1st refurbished thing I've bought. So if you see a good deal get it now! Overall I am happy with my purchase so far! I paid $265 for a black iPhone 12 64gb.

I received a Iphone 12 128GB - White - Unlocked in EXCELLENT condition. There were no blemishes or scratches on the body, screen, or camera. My Mint mobile SIM card is working. And the battery percentage was 91%. I also checked the about section of the settings to check if any parts has been replaced and it showed nothing. However, I am suspicious of the screen as it doesn't seem to get as bright as my Iphone SE (2020). Also the screen is a bit elevated from the body which made me think that the screen might have been replaced. Not to mention that when I placed a screen protector on the phone, the touch sensitivity was poor. The phone is in excellent condition except with some issues with the screen. I'm choosing to keep the phone but I would warn people not to expect perfection when it comes to an excellent condition phone. It is still a refurbished phone.

I bought an iPhone 12 64GB - Black - Unlocked in "Excellent" condition and I would say it functions very well after using it for a couple of weeks. There are some scratches on the edges/sides of the phone (not obstructing the front screen and now covered by my iPhone case) and a small, light 1 cm crack/scratch on the front screen though that I personally wouldn't consider in "Excellent" condition since on the product page it says "Excellent" would have "Almost no signs of use" on the body. Overall, I'm satisfied with the phone, appreciate the aspect of saving money and trying to be sustainable with purchasing used/refurbished products, and would probably order a product from Back Market again in the future.

I am happy with my purchase now. However my phone came without being restored to factory settings. There was no "hello" or prompts to set up my phone when I powered it on. Just a display page of all the apts on the phone. Being a very technical challenged person, it took five hours to finally try the reset and restore to factory settings. It worked and I was able to set up my refurbished Iphone 12. A little disappointed that there is only 79% of battery Maximum Capacity along with the message that my battery's health is significantly degraded.

Just purchased this iPhone 12, 128 gb storage which is a big jump from my 8+ 64 gb which I also bought from Back Market almost 4 years ago! Thought I would miss the “ole” home button but got over it fast. Bought this one as “pristine” and was not disappointed, also checked the battery life which was at 98%! Very easy switch over from the old phone, no issues afterwards on the new 12. Miss the thumb print on the home button sometimes to sign in/on, but the facial recognition is working perfectly. Got a fair trade in deal, got the old off to the refurbisher . If the 12 is anywhere near as good as the 8+ was, well I guess you won’t be hearing from me for a long time! Thanks Back Market !!!

I was really hesitant on getting a refurbished phone, I had my iPhone 8+ for about 7 years and I felt that I couldn't move on. I decided to look into a new device but $1000+ was not where I could go. I looked up Back Market and I found the phone I wanted. WOOOOW! I am impressed. The iPhone 12 is in pristine condition. Works like a charm and if I upgrade again, Back Market will be my first choice. I'm more than satisfied!
