This new (refurbished) Iphone 13 Pro is great. Size is very compatible with my needs (especially pockets, cameras and microphone and speaker are very good quality. Transferring all my stuff from old IPhone 11 to this was so easy. Thanks to Back Market for all their help making this possible.

In the past I always bought new phones because I didn’t have real trust in refurbished phones. But as my son had a great experience with Backmarket, I thought I should go with them this time. I bought a phone advertised as being in “very good condition” and I have to say I‘ve been totally happy with everything so far: their service, shipping, and the phone! The reason why I don’t want to give a five star rating is, that I was a bit disappointed that it didn’t come with a new battery, though. The battery is still good at over 80%, but at a price of $600 for an iPhone 13 Pro, I definitely had hopped it would come with a new battery! But apart from that I really can recommend Backmarket and their products.

I ordered a iPhone 13 Pro in excellent condition. I was very pleased when I received the phone as it looked like a new phone with no visible indications of use except some very small marks around the outside of the screen which I was not concerned about due to that are being covered by the case. It also had 89% battery life which was great to see on a refurbished phone. The shipping from the provider was very fast and it came packaged very securely to prevent damage. I had set up the phone installed the case and was attempting to install the glass screen protector. After two attempts with different screen protectors I determined that the screen was not fully flat, middle higher than the edges, but not visible to naked eye. The screen protector would not adhere properly due to this. I was very disappointed because up to that point I was loving the phone and experience with the refurbished product. I got a fair condition iPhone 13 Pro 256gb and man, this this is like excellent condition! It arrived with the screen and back glass scratch-free!! Only minor scuffs on the sides which is nothing, right!??! This was the lowest prices comparing it to other platforms like Plug or even eBay. I’ve always bought my phone refurbished and on eBay but I have back market a try and they definitely exceeded my expectations! Thank you!

This is my second phone purchase from BackMarket. (I plan to get a computer from them soon as well). My last purchase was an iphone 8 64 gigs, in 2021. I've significantly updgraded to an Iphone 13 Pro with a lot more storage! Lack of storage was the reason I really needed to get a new phone... 64 was never going to cut it for me, I should have gotten at least 128 then. (Lesson learned). But, I will say that it is such a treat to have a high functioning camera (I've never had one!) It's so cool to have (if you actually use the features). Anyway, in terms of this purchase, I am super happy once again. I chose the "good" option with standard battery. Battery arrived with 94% capacity which I'm very happy about. The body is just fine with a small scratch, which I never care about because I put an otterbox case on all of my phones. I just want a working phone with a perfect screen and I always get that from BackMarket. I love this refurbished website more than the other ones I've looked at. BM is the only one I've actually used and when I looked at some other sites recently I understood why I keep choosing Back Market... their warranty and website are top notch. Super happy!

I decided to purchase a iPhone 13 Pro from this seller because their asking price was competitive among the sea of iPhone refurbishers on BackMarket. This is the third iPhone I've purchased off BM and thankfully, it's the only one I won't have to request a return for. The iPhone was shipped quickly and arrived within a few days. I purchased the phone in 'Good' condition and although it doesn't quite meet BM's description for 'Good', I can understand why the vendor labelled the phone as such. The back and sides of the iPhone (including the camera lenses) are flawless: no perceptible scratches, dings, or discoloration. The screen has a few scratches, two of them particularly noticeable but it doesn't affect the touchscreen's responsiveness and they're only visible when the screen is off. 'Good' is a fair label in my book. As for the software, it's snappy and apps are quick to load; a significant improvement over my aging Samsung. Purchased 2 phones (good condition) for my wife and I. Both phones were in advertised condition. My phone had the screen replaced during refurbishing, and the notification from iOS software was super annoying, but it did go away after a week or two as noted on the back market web site. Battery life seems to be getting better. It felt like the aftermarket screen replacement notification was draining the battery, but now I go 24 to 48 hours between charges. Overall it is a great phone for the price. I cannot image paying full price for a new phone again.
