the bottom half of the screen was popping out very noticeably & that’s extremely unsafe , so i sadly had to return the iphone 13

Best purchase ever. Was a little hesitant because I never bought a refurbished phone before but I’m very happy. I ordered good condition. It came in spotless, like brand new, with 88% battery life. I will definitely buy another one from back market.

Very happy with my first Black Market purchase! I picked the iPhone 13 in Excellent condition and the phone came in 2 days in perfect condition with 98% battery health. I saved so much money getting the refurbished iPhone from Black Market instead of getting a new one from Apple, this is how I will be getting all my new phones from now on.

The phone performance is amazing but noticed there are very visible scratches and dents on the edges and I thought the good condition iPhone won’t have very noticeable or that many scratches on the edges also compared this to an iPhone 12 I bought in the past which was also good condition and that phone has no scratches or dents on the edges of the phone at all so I’m wondering why there’s so many on my good condition iPhone

It would’ve beeen a 5 star but the screen literally started popping out the phone and I know without a doubt I never dropped or injured my phone. The screen not completely out but on the left wide on the phone the screen is coming out a Little. It noticeable especiallly off you press down on it but with a cause not really noticeable. I didn’t but protection cause I wasn’t expecting anything to go wrong but besides. All that it perfect so thank you.

Well the phone still had quite a bit of scratches on the camera and around the rim that were very visible not what I would consider an excellent condition but whatever. Also it seems whoever sent me it didn’t do a great job at erasing and restarting the phone. When turned on the phone was at the Home Screen and not where it starts saying hello in every language. Lastly they didn’t even bother getting rid of the tabs they had open. Overall very disappointing please do better

My phone looks like a brand new phone. The condition I got was good. I have no scratches on my phone at all. Thank you! I have bought a lot of phones off this website and I’ve never been disappointed.

Easy, fast shipping. I was overall happy with the way the iPhone 13 I purchased in "Good" condition arrived, phone battery was 87% and the body was also good with only a few scuffs around the edges (nothing that a case will hide). I'd have been a bit disappointed about the screen, it has apparently been replaced for a non genuine display and my phone is indicating “An important display message - Unable to verify this iPhone has a genuine apple display". I had to remember that this was a refurbished phone and I couldn't notice any difference in image quality, except for that annoying notification in the settings the iPhone works as expected.
