Overall happy with the value of my iphone 13 pro purchase. I’m always about saving money. Upgraded from my iphone 11 because it started acting up (i believe due to Apple’s programmed demises of older models). I selected the “excellent” quality of this refurbished phone and I will say i was surprised at how scratched up the perimeter (sides, top, and bottom) of the phone was. Thankfully the screen and back panel of the phone were essentially blemish-free, which i cared about more. I just put a clear case on the phone so you cant see the scratched perimeter so it’s all good. Getting a “discount” in the form of trading in my previous iphone 11 is also pleasant. Would def recommend Back Market.

Easy, fast shipping. I was overall happy with the way the iPhone 13 I purchased in "Good" condition arrived, phone battery was 87% and the body was also good with only a few scuffs around the edges (nothing that a case will hide). I'd have been a bit disappointed about the screen, it has apparently been replaced for a non genuine display and my phone is indicating “An important display message - Unable to verify this iPhone has a genuine apple display". I had to remember that this was a refurbished phone and I couldn't notice any difference in image quality, except for that annoying notification in the settings the iPhone works as expected.

Purchased two IPhone 13’s in “good” refurbished condition. They arrived as promised. Upon inspection there were no cosmetic marks or flaws and appeared brand new. We took them to the local cell provider and had everything transferred. That took some time but was easy. Have been using the phones for two weeks now and are very pleased. Would do the same thing again. The 30 day no questions return policy and 1 year warranty provided the peace of mind to purchase refurbished. Far better than any other I could find except Apple and you pay more there.

This new (refurbished) Iphone 13 Pro is great. Size is very compatible with my needs (especially pockets, cameras and microphone and speaker are very good quality. Transferring all my stuff from old IPhone 11 to this was so easy. Thanks to Back Market for all their help making this possible.

In the past I always bought new phones because I didn’t have real trust in refurbished phones. But as my son had a great experience with Backmarket, I thought I should go with them this time. I bought a phone advertised as being in “very good condition” and I have to say I‘ve been totally happy with everything so far: their service, shipping, and the phone! The reason why I don’t want to give a five star rating is, that I was a bit disappointed that it didn’t come with a new battery, though. The battery is still good at over 80%, but at a price of $600 for an iPhone 13 Pro, I definitely had hopped it would come with a new battery! But apart from that I really can recommend Backmarket and their products.

I ordered a iPhone 13 Pro in excellent condition. I was very pleased when I received the phone as it looked like a new phone with no visible indications of use except some very small marks around the outside of the screen which I was not concerned about due to that are being covered by the case. It also had 89% battery life which was great to see on a refurbished phone. The shipping from the provider was very fast and it came packaged very securely to prevent damage. I had set up the phone installed the case and was attempting to install the glass screen protector. After two attempts with different screen protectors I determined that the screen was not fully flat, middle higher than the edges, but not visible to naked eye. So far my experience with my refurbished iPhone 13 pro max 512 has been very good. I upgraded from a iPhone x. So it was a big upgrade for me that I've been wanting for years! Other then it taking 2 days longer then expected to arrive it came in great shape. There was a couple little nicks here and there but you really have to look to be able to tell and see them. Battery life 91% One thing that is going wrong tho is every time I try to take a pictures it is very blurry. Even changing the distance back and forth and messing with it. Any closer up pics are just completely blurry. I can take far away pictures but when I want to zoom in my daughter's face or my dog it's just a blurry mess. And the one thing I really loved about the pro max was the 3 cameras. So thats disappointing. But everything else is going great. And I would buy another phone from them. I will be reaching out them about what to do about the camera lense issue. If your thinking about ordering from this website I would definitely trust them and order from them again. I am glad that I did.

This was an excellent purchase. I was worried about buying refurbished but have been pleasantly surprised. I got the pink iphone 13 for my daughter for her bday and you would barely know that it was used. Works amazing and the battery is perfect! very happy.
