I purchased the phone in excellent condition with a new battery for 560$. Totally worth it, considering the fact that I would've gotten the exact same phone in the same condition for 699+ taxes if I had bought it from an apple store. It was brand new with all genuine parts. It also came with the lightning-fast cable. No one can tell that this phone is refurbished. I also got the delivery at the date specified on the website, which was only 3 days. Overall, I had a very good 1st experience with back market.

Was a little iffy on getting a refurbished phone but so far so good. Phone came in great condition, no marks or scratches. Everything works properly. Easy set up. No complaints. Everything was as described. Will be ordering more for family.

The phone I received was in near perfect condition, I am very pleased! I wouldn't be able to tell any difference between my refurbished phone I received vs if I had paid over $200 more for a new phone.

I ordered iphone 14 in excellent condition without battery replacement. Received the phone in 3 days. Everything was in very good condition and it basically looked brand new. No scratches. Battery capacity was 100% which I didn't expect. No error messages. Camera, cellular network and everything works perfectly. I also received 20$ off by verifying my student status. For 491$ a practically new iphone is a good bargain. Thank you! I wish it was packaged a little bit more securely because it was just sent in a bubble wrap when I open the box. But nothing was damaged.

The shipping was speedy! I ordered the iPhone 14 in excellent condition when I opened up the package and removed the plastic, there were no scratches, no cracks, and everything about the phone was brand new like it just came from the Apple store. iPhone 14 looked brand new except for a very small scratch at the very bottom of the phone. Battery health is 99 percent. Works just fine. Phone arrived three days after I ordered. Very positive experience.
