pretty amazing 0 scratches anywhere (especially camera lenses - super clean) I’ve bought on amazon ‘excellent’ condition (its dogshit) and certified refurbished from Apple Store, this premium condition here is just as good as apple certified but like 300$ cheaper, would buy over apple certified again if in stock

I was really nervous about purchasing a refurbished phone. But because of the price difference, I decided to take a chance. I’m so happy I did! I have had zero issues. Setup went smoothly and the information that Backmarket sent walked me through what to do. It was so much easier than going into a store and having them do it. It took maybe 15 minutes to set up everything and transfer over info from last phone. And I’m not a very tech savvy person.

I bought this item spent $350 it said it would have micro scratches which is fine I understand it’s refurbished. Well I sent them a message with pictures there’s scratches all over my screen not micro scratches but deep scratches they said they could do a partial so I could get a case and screen protector or a full refund or replacement I tell them I want a partial because this isn’t worth $350 they state they are not allowed to give a partial refund and that I have the option to get a full refund or a replacement. Well why did you offer me partial In the beginning and then take it away? Now I had to wait 5 days for this phone for 2 days shipping I’ll have to send the phone back wait for it to reach them in a week wait a week for a refund or replacement after that so there’s a chance I’ll be without a phone for 3 weeks all because the phone has deep scratches and they now refuse to do a partial refund. Honestly it all feels like a scam at this point they offered me $111 for my iPhone 11 which is in perfect condition and then sent me this for $350 😭

My phone came in great condition and has been working with no issues. Great value for refurbished devices and I was able to trade-in my last iPhone purchased from Back Market to make the price even lower!

At first I was a little skeptical in ordering a refurbished phone because I didn’t know what to expect but I have no complaints, it’s like this phone was just pulled out of its original box. It works well and everything. Definitely recommend .

This phone was priced in GOOD condition, it had no glass scratches, case dings, or any other noticeable mars. Truthfully, I was expecting at least a case ding or a small glass scratch. I am pleasantly surprised with the exterior condition. I have been using it for a week and have not had any issues or problems whatsoever with its functionality. I am completely satisfied with my refurbished iPhone purchase from Back Market.

Overall im really happy with my experience. I was hoping to get a bit more for my phone but it’s super beat up so that’s expected. When I got my ‘new’ phone I decided to spring for the best condition option. There’s still a mark on the top of the phone that I wasn’t expecting but for refurbished it’s incredible. It’s definitely not brand new but I didn’t need that. So overall I got what I was looking for!

The refurbished Iphone 14 arrived in great condition. Just as advertised and promised. No issues whatsoever. Now I'm waiting on their payment for my previous device. If that goes smooth, this will be a wonderful experience.
