My iPhone 14 arrived within a few days of my order. I ordered one that was listed as “good” condition. I was expecting a few minor scratches but when I opened up the box, it was in pristine condition! 😁 Not one scratch on either front or back of my phone! Your business was in touch with me, via email, from start right up to when I mailed my old iPhone back to you , free of charge. In my opinion, you are definitely a 5 star business with 5 star service. I will highly recommend you to anyone looking for a refurbished/reconditioned cell phone!

So i came across this website last year, seemed highly reliable just wasn’t enough advertisement nor reviews that stood out at the time for a refurbished technical site . I'm very happy with my new iPhone 14. It is in excellent condition and arrived when promised. I appreciated the guidance available online for transferring my data from my old phone. I didn't realize it came with a screen protector and unfortunately I messed it up checking it, so it now isn't adhered well in the corners. That's on me.

I was worried a little reading reviews for the excellent condition iPhone 14’s because some people were saying that theirs had dents and chips…but mine thankfully is in Perfect condition! Even had 100% battery capacity:)

Phone absolutely amazing. Came quickly battery health on the iPhone 14. 99%. The phone appears brand new and appears never to have been used its flawless.Have bought from back market prior to this and always a 5 star service. Am planning to purchase an iPhone 16 pro max next year and am buying from this company.

Showed up on time, with help from Google we figured out how to switch from an iPhone 11 to the iPhone 14 we ordered. the esim thing was confusing at first but we figured it all out and managed to get everything transferred with no issues. As of Day 2, no issues yet. The Battery life says 88% as to be expected with a used device I'm assuming? Thanks.

I went from an iPhone X to an iPhone 14. So it feels like a huge upgrade. The phone is functioning perfectly and the screen and body are in great condition. My only complaint is that I purchased "excellent" and there are noticeable dents in the metal around the camera lenses. Additionally one of the lenses has a small chip out of it. However, I haven't noticed any issues with photos. But for purchasing excellent condition, I would have expected not to have received a phone with this defect. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase

This is the second iPhone 14 I’ve bought from Backmarket and I’ve been extremely happy with both experiences. I also switched service to Visible with both phones and was able to keep my current phone numbers and pay only $15/month each for 24 months!
