Hesitant to order refurbished phone. I decided after reading ratings on back market to order a iPhone 14 Plus. I ordered premium. Received quickly. In perfect condition. No scratches cracks etc. 100% battery. Looks exactly like a brand new iPhone. Very satisfied and very very happy with Back Market.

I'm really happy with it! Way faster than my old phone, which was on its last legs (2020 iPhone SE with a home button and 74% battery capacity). I'm not a real techy guy, but I can definitely feel how much faster this thing runs. The screen is huge, which is great for video, and I love how the text fills the screen when I'm reading an article, feels very futuristic. I was a little scared when I saw that the refurbished model came with only 86% battery capacity, but it makes a huuuge difference– I can use the phone all day without it going dead, while I always had to carry a portable charger with my old one if I was going to be out of the house for more than about 5 hours. I even left it unplugged overnight once (while playing my podcasts) and still woke up to over 30% battery. I put off getting a new phone for so long in part because I preferred Touch ID, but Face ID is not as intrusive as I thought it would be. I do have to knock it down to 4 stars because 1. I wish Face ID worked better with a mask (since I'm often using it to make Apple Pay transactions indoors) and 2. The screen IS really huge, and there don't seem to be a ton of accessibility hacks to help deal with that. It m...

Listen this my second time buying a refurbished phone and i am pleased with both purchases my phones came with no scratches nothing wrong with it and battery health was not charged when i got it but it’s gone work thank you

Purchasing process was super easy. Only complaint would be my volume button is sticky and doesn't work all the time. I understand it's is refurbished but buying the "Excellent" condition I assumed everything would work as it should. Would also prefer to see a bit more protection in the packaging/shipping box next time. Overall, very good

If I hadn’t known it wasn’t a new phone, I would have never guessed it was refurbished. No wear visible. The phone was packaged securely and came with a brand new charging cord. I am so happy with my purchase. Thank you for offering a way to purchase a new to me phone without having to buy brand new.

I ordered an iPhone 14 plus in excellent condition but it’s more of a “good/fair” than anything. I’ve bought from back market a few times with great experiences but this one was just not that good. The phone works fine, the battery health is decent (90%) but the sides of the phone were scratched and dirty. Besides that I am pleased with the performance of the phone and the screen and back glass look amazing. I guess it really just depends on the refurbisher.

Easy and quick! I purchased a premium condition apple iPhone 14 Plus. It did arrive with a 1/4” long scratch that was easily noticeable and also you could feel it, in the top right front of the screen glass. I did not want to return it and have to purchase a different phone so I decided to keep it. It doesn’t affect how the phone works. Overall I am pleased with my Backmarket experience.

First time purchased in backmarket. Got iphone 14 plus, it looked like new, without the price of new device. The whole purchase experience was better than other ecommerce sites. I will use backmarket for my future electronic needs.

Being that this is my 4th time buying from back market in a years time may sound crazy but the deals a ridiculously awesome! As far as my iPhone 14 Plus (I am an avid android, actually, Samsung user) but I’m kinda in love with this phone. Didn’t break the bank to see if I even like iPhone, may even go ahead and upgrade to the 16!
